  I can’t say enough good things about Tanikwa. Leading an apartment can be overwhelming, but she made it less stressful. She answered every question and followed up and made me feel more than just another applicant. That kind of care is rare. Roswell Village you have a great asset at your property. Tanikwa customer service is unmatched.

  Mrs. Vicky was a pleasure to work with while touring the apartment complex. Very professional, nice, and helpful. She also introduced me to other people who work there and each one was as nice as Mrs. Vicky! Immediately submitted my application after the tour.

  Tanikwa was super helpful with finding us the apartment we needed and made each step of the process to apply easy. She also has continued to help us get our apartment fixed up, as some things were not ready on move in day as they should have been. Once our apartment is fixed up, I would give a 5-star review of the complex. UPDATE: we are now 19 days into our lease and the items that should have been done before move in, were acknowledged by the complex as things that needed to have happened before move in, and that we were told would be handled asap are still not done. The ceiling fan is in a box in our room because someone came and dropped it off without installing, we have no closet doors, we have 2 broken toilet paper holders, windows without locks, no screen on our patio door (that every single other apartment has), missing light shades, and more that we were told would be handled and have not been addressed in 19 days. I have removed a star from my original rating since clearly once your lease is signed they don’t care about following through.

  Tanikwa was so patient and helpful. I’ve been having trouble paying my rent and I came in Friday Saturday and Monday and she was so patient each time. Thank you so much

  We talked with Ms. Vicky and Tanikwa at Roswell Village; both were professional, engaging and so welcoming. Many times apartment hunting can be a tedious task but having Tanikwa as our tour guide made this experience exciting.
