  Be very careful when renting at Roswell Village. In my experience, the property had a serious cockroach problem and poor maintenance. Also, when moving out, take detailed photos and videos of everything before returning the keys. I was charged for unexpected damages, which affected the return of my security deposit. Document everything and keep all records.

  Another huge shoutout to Noah! He saved the day! My car battery was dead, and fortunately, Noah happened to be riding by when I was out there stressing about what to do. I asked if he could help jump the battery. He agreed but asked if I could wait until he was finished with work, which wouldn’t be very long. True to his word, he came back exactly as promised with the same wonderful “this isn’t a burden” demeanor, got my car started, and I was on my way. Thanks again Noah!!! 👍😁"

  "Huge shoutout to our new maintenance supervisor, Holly, and maintenance team member, Noah! After living here for two decades, I truly appreciate staff who make you feel important and not a burden. I had an urgent after-hours garage leak, and Holly was on the scene incredibly fast. She showed genuine concern for an ongoing water issue I’ve had for over a year, despite past promises that it was in the queue to be addressed. She immediately coordinated with Noah to vacuum up the mess right away. Noah arrived shortly thereafter with a shop vac and helped me move things and evacuate the water, all the while ensuring me neither I nor the task was burdensome. Since then, whenever I see Holly or Noah out and about taking care of the complex, my home, I smile, whether they see me or not. 😁 Thanks Holly!!! And thanks Noah!!!

  My husband and I were extremely disappointed living at Roswell Village. We are very reasonable people and expected to just a have a clean and safe place to live. This apartment community was one of the dirtiest and unsafe communities we’ve lived in. From a roach infestation that lasted the duration of our lease despite reaching out to Waterton Management and the health department, to vultures in the community due to the excessive trash, and overflowing trash attached to the doggy bag station (yes, all full with dog poop) smelling up the property we were constantly seeking assistance in getting our apartment taken care of without responses or a sense of urgency from the company. Management did not act on requests until we escalated requests, and even then would send untrue information to us. Maintenance took over a week to respond to a flooding toilet, as it was the third instance of flooding in our apartment that was dismissed with a lack of urgency. Towards the end of our lease, the maintenance team would hand out business cards asking for 5 star reviews on Google to boost their ratings for doing the bare minimum of their job. One of the requirements we had when apartment searching was a gated community. Unfortunately over the course of our 14 month lease, the gate was functioning for less than 2 weeks total. Between the roach infestation, vultures, trash everywhere, broken gate, poor management, less than subpar maintenance team, and overall lack of concern over our living conditions we would never recommend anyone live in this community.
