  Philip was fantastic. He came out to take care of a small maintenance issue in my apartment and was professional, friendly, and had everything handled quickly. What really stood out, though, was Philip himself. He’s just a genuinely good guy. We ended up talking for a little while afterward, and you can tell pretty quickly that he actually cares about people and treats them like people, not just another work order. It’s rare that a simple maintenance call leaves enough of an impression on me that I take the time to write a review, but this one did. Roswell Village is fortunate to have someone like Philip representing them. Five stars without hesitation.

  Joshua has been incredibly helpful every time we’ve needed assistance with a maintenance request. He is always patient, kind, professional, and takes the time to make sure everything is properly taken care of. He’s also very approachable and willing to answer any questions we have along the way. We really appreciate his positive attitude and consistent willingness to help. It’s reassuring to know that whenever we have a maintenance issue, Joshua is there to make the process smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Joshua for the excellent service!

  The new property coordinator Danielle is AWESOME!!!!!! I told her my issues and she was on top of it right away. I been here for 11 years and the reaction time for my issues have never been this fast. She listens and she cares about the happiness of the residents of this community. Danielle I hope you stick around because this property needs people like you. Thank you soooooo much for what you have done for me.

  We’ve had a great experience with the leasing Agent Tanikwa Grant. From touring the property through completing the paperwork and getting settled into the apartment, she made everything straightforward and easy to understand. She was very responsive whenever we needed information and was always willing to explain things clearly instead of making us feel rushed. What stood out most was how approachable and welcoming she was throughout the process. Even after we moved in, we felt comfortable reaching out with questions, and she continued to be helpful. Having someone who communicates well and genuinely cares about the residents makes a big difference. We really appreciate the excellent service and warm welcome!

  I had a great experience working with our leasing agent Tanikwa Grant. She has been incredibly patient, positive and helpful throughout the entire process. She always takes the time to answer our questions and makes us feel comfortable reaching out whenever we need assistance. We initially planned on a two-bedroom apartment but later decided to switch to a three-bedroom, and she made the transition incredibly smooth. She helped us through every step and was always responsive, understanding, and pleasant to work with. Her positive attitude and willingness to help really made the leasing and move-in process much easier for us. We truly appreciate all of her support and would highly recommend working with her!
