  Wonderful environment, amazing staff, amazing tour guide with Kali! They really know their stuff and helped me get a feel of the place! This place is what i was looking for. Spacious rooms, living, and bathrooms. Can’t wait to move in october!

  I'm really happy because Kali showed me a very nice apartment; she was very helpful and gave me a thorough tour of the property I hope to go back in a few days to sign my lease. :)

  I rarely leave reviews, but I feel people should know what it's like living here. I've been without electricity in the entire front half of my apartment for almost a week. That means I haven't been able to use my kitchen, living room, dining room, microwave, or most of the outlets in my home. I have a young child, and it's unacceptable to expect a family to live like this while waiting for a part to arrive. Maintenance came out, looked at the issue, and simply told me they were waiting on a part. Are there really no other options? No local supplier, Home Depot, Lowe's, or appliance store where the part could be found sooner? Leaving residents without essential electrical service for nearly a week is not acceptable. This isn't even the first issue. Just two weeks ago, my freezer wasn't sealing properly, and I repeatedly reported it. It took so long for maintenance to respond that I lost a significant amount of food because everything thawed out. I even had to use duct tape to try to keep the freezer closed until someone finally came. Once again, I was told they were waiting on a part. It seems like every maintenance issue here turns into a long wait because they don't have the necessary parts available. At some point, management needs to be prepared for common repairs instead of leaving residents waiting for days or weeks. What makes this even more frustrating is the double standard. If rent is due on the first, they expect payment on time with no excuses. I can't tell the leasing office I'm "waiting on my paycheck" and expect them to be okay with it. So why should residents be expected to accept long delays when it comes to essential repairs? The leasing office doesn't seem concerned because they don't have to live with these conditions. Everything moves slowly, even when the issue affects basic living conditions and safety. I cannot recommend living here based on my experience. Residents deserve timely repairs, better communication, and management that treats serious maintenance issues with the urgency they deserve. When you are picking an apartment, please make sure that the Leasing agents actually care to do the job that they were paid to do !!! I would post pictures, but it’s the dark so it doesn’t make sense

  Bugs. Lots of bugs. Roaches, everywhere. No one here cares, just do yourself a favor and spend an extra 200 at another complex. It is WELL worth it; when I moved away I had to throw away a ton of my stuff due to the infestation in the walls. Side note; at 8 AM one morning as kids were walking to school, I found a large bag of 🧊🧊🧊…. Great neighborhood.

My transfer was smooth, and everything has gone well so far. I haven't had any issues, and I appreciate how helpful and professional the team has been.
