- BHBruce HaleSep 15, 20262.0My sales person David Cooper was great, and Cody the construction manager is awesome as well. But when you are told to trust the process and the house would be up to par, then you receive the keys as subpar and cant move in yet. All trim work needs to be redone, soft spots in floor, walls needing replaced, and etc. I was told not to worry and everything would be up to par. When I expressed this stuff to the Manager Morgan, I was told they werent going to do a thorough walk through and was rushed through it when I signed for keys. Then I had to put in several work orders through the warranty and now need to wait to move since there is so much work to be done. I would totally pass on all Clayton Homes. I wasted my VA home loan on this subpar crap that I still have to wait to move in.
- CHCharles HodgsonMay 15, 20265.0This Clayton Homes is great to deal with. You would think that they are all the same. They are not. We have been dealing with Mathew. He is awesome. NOT taking away from other people working there. He is just the one we have been dealing with.
