  We had a great experience touring Sterling Creek Apartments. The leasing agent was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They took the time to show us all of the amenities, answer every question we had, and really made us feel welcome.

  Renee was incredibly helpful. She showed me 3 apartments that I had mentioned that met my needs. Before leaving she showed me one more that seemed to check all the boxes. She was correct. She made the experience exciting and made sure to show me the amenities that aligned with my lifestyle. She made the application process simple and it took less than an hour. Excited and looking forward to calling Sterling Creek my home.

  I initially had a very positive experience with this apartment complex, as they were very prompt and responsive when answering general questions and assisting with the application process. However, once I raised concerns regarding discrepancies between the advertised lease prices and the actual charges, communication changed significantly. The office manager stated, “I understand if you don’t want to move forward.” I stated that I needed the night to think about it but would follow up the next day. That was the last I heard from her (this past Monday, 4/13). My emails and phone calls are no longer being returned, and I haven’t received a single response. It also appears that the apartment I was approved for has been leased and is no longer available. I was also told that the $75 application fee would be credited toward my first month’s rent. However, given the lack of follow-up and continued communication issues, I am now requesting a refund of that application fee. I would still be open to moving forward with leasing if communication is restored. However, if they are not able to respond or proceed with the application process, I believe the application fee should be refunded. Overall, while the initial responsiveness was encouraging, the lack and failure to follow through with the lease paperwork has been disappointing. Clear and consistent communication is essential, especially when financial details and lease terms are involved. I would appreciate it if the team could reach out so we can resolve this matter.

  I like the apartment, it’s large and spacious but my move-in experience wasn’t great. Was told I would be on the 1st floor and ended up on the 3rd floor,,all appliances were broken and ac until went out and it took 4 work orders for them to finally fix it. Balcony outlet still doesn’t work and I’ve put in 3 or 4 work orders for it also. They don’t give you the option to bring your own washer and dryer but you have to pay monthly to rent theirs and they are old and the buttons don’t work great. It is pretty quiet so I do enjoy that but I still have issues I’m waiting for them to fix and I’ve been here for 3 months now.
