- DPDonald PurintonAug 12, 20265.0Our home in the Waterways is our dream come true. The neighborhood is so peaceful and beautiful. The entire process was fantastic, from initial contact with the salesperson to the closing. Jerry Little was wonderful and explained everything to us in detail. He was also very flexible in scheduling our walkthrough and worked around our tight schedule. Thanks to all! Kathryn Purinton
- TSTherese SmithAug 9, 20265.0Our new pulte home in waterways is amazing and our sales consultant Jenny, and project manager, Preston, helped make this dream possible! We couldn't be happier!
- CHCathy HardestyJul 19, 20265.0From my first interaction with Jen Seehausen, our Pulte sales representative to the final inspection with our incredible superintendent, Jerry Little, everything was so much more than I expected. Although Pulte is a production builder, they set themselves apart from the rest with excellent customer service, talented team members and subs that do excellent trade work. What is missed on the constructions site, our superintendent, Jerry, caught it and made it right. I would highly recommend them. This is my second Pulte home and am as happy with this one in Waterways, Richmond Hills, Georgia as I was 20 years ago in Corte Bella in Sun City West, AZ Hats Off!
- YKY KimMay 15, 20265.0Pulte Homes built the Renown for us in Waterways. We LOVE our new home and are very excited to become members of the Waterways community. Jerry Little, our construction manager, was incredibly kind and handled everything quickly, accurately, and efficiently. He made the entire building process smooth and enjoyable for our family.
- JSJoseph StantonSep 10, 20245.0Being in the construction field myself I was hesitant to buy new construction. However we could not be happier with our new home. Throughout the process there was steady communication from our project manager Steven, even when he was out for a medical leave. The attention to detail in every phase was more than I expected given the issues in today’s construction industry. The quality of building materials are some of the best on the market. Any issues, concerns or questions were immediately addressed. A huge thank you to Steven and the rest of the crew at Pulte. And also to our sales associate Steve for the guidance, communication and honest insight.
