Although Pulte is a production builder, they set themselves apart from the rest with excellent customer service, talented team members and subs that do excellent trade work. What is missed on the constructions site, our superintendent, Jerry, caught it and made it right. I would highly recommend them. This is my second Pulte home and am as happy with this one in Waterways, Richmond Hills, Georgia as I was 20 years ago in Corte Bella in Sun City West, AZ Hats Off!
