I’ve lived at The Village at Rice Hope for the past seven years, and I can honestly say that Treasure and Mia are the best management team we’ve had. They are professional, compassionate, and genuinely care about the residents and the community. No matter what situation I’ve faced over the years, they’ve always been understanding, willing to listen, and committed to helping however they could. It’s rare to find a management team that consistently treats people with kindness and respect, and they do exactly that.
Their dedication to The Village at Rice Hope is evident in everything they do. They’ve worked hard to make this community a better place, creating an environment where residents feel valued and cared for. From maintaining the property to being responsive and approachable, Treasure and Mia go above and beyond every day. I’m truly grateful for everything they’ve done over the years, and they deserve recognition for the positive impact they’ve had on this community. Thank you both for making The Village at Rice Hope feel like home.

The Ac works on and off , the toilet has broken two times and we only been here 5 months , the way the water comes out of the sink is annoying in the bathrooms are annoying , we’ve gotten roaches because of the upstairs neighbors throat control comes but that doesn’t help , the spiders and webs that meet you at the door is disgusting, the stairwells smell like piss , don’t even get me started on the parking which is definitely first come first serve , if you work at 7 you have to be gone by at least 6:15 because the traffic is horrible if you have to get on 95, they up rent when no changes have been done , the counters have bubbles in them , they can’t even keep the pool clean ugh I’m so tired of swimming with wasps and beetles , and we have the most annoying , creepy neighbor ever

My daughter moved here almost a year ago and everyone has been extremely helpful. Communication has been extremely thorough as this was her first apartment.
She once experienced Ac/Heat issues and those issues were rectified timely as everything is a process so “Kudos “ to the staff.
It seems to be a very quiet, clean and safe neighborhood the few times I’ve visited. I think the only issue we experienced was a minor mail delivery/package that also was rectified. Overall Iits s great place to live.

Front office never answers and they always close early for no good reason. The neighborhood is dirty and they don’t have people picking up trash on the weekends so we have to wait to put trash in bin while it’s sits for days. When you first move in they don’t really do a good job on fixing up the apartment we found stains on the inside of window curtains months later because they rush the process and ask if anything broken or messed up even tho you won’t really know til some weeks later. Our dryer has yet to be fixed for months!! The latch doesn’t work which is dangerous for kids and it take like 4 cycles to dry one load. We were told that someone would come replace it. The water is nasty and turns everything yellow! Neighbors are loud and no one does anything about it!! Pool closes a lot! Slow answers. From reading past comments I thought half of these things were fixed! There’s dog poop on grass trash near the picnic benches!! Do better!!! I should really take pictures of the community!
