  Let me start by saying that we’ve been through a lot with rental communities over the years, so finding a place that truly feels welcoming and stress free has not always been easy. From the moment I walked into the leasing office at Durham Park, I felt right at home. The biggest reason for that was Sierra. She has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. We’ve had plenty of questions, concerns, and even a few changes along the way, and she handled every single one with patience, professionalism, and kindness. No matter how many times we reached out, she was always reassuring, responsive, and genuinely happy to help. What stood out most was how much she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. She truly cared about helping us find the right home and worked hard to ensure we got the unit we wanted most. It is rare to find someone who provides that level of customer service while always maintaining such a positive attitude. Casey has also been wonderful to work with and helped make the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Together, they created one of the best leasing experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a new home in the area, I would absolutely recommend Durham Park. The community is beautiful, and the leasing team, especially Sierra and Casey, have made us feel valued from day one. We could not be more excited to call Durham Park home.

  Mrs. Sierra is one of the best hands down. A very people friendly person and she has a lot of patience. She goes above and beyond and answered every question that I had. She made the process way smoother than I had imagined and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay!!! I am happy and comfortable!!! You rock Sierra!!!!!!

  Upon move in, they gave us an apartment that was poorly cleaned. We needed to do our own extensive clean. From dusty ceiling fans, dirty tub, a list of 13 maintenance items (broken/damaged items), dirty pantry, dish washer hanging out of socket, etc. In addition, the property manager Casey is extremely difficult to get in touch with. He is hardly in the office, does not answer the phone, and does not reply to emails. You need to follow up multiple times just to get a simple response. The corporate office is also completely unresponsive and will not return phone calls. It would be better to find another option in the area as there are multiple better options to consider. Also, if you have kids, they have found it more important to have a dog park and no type of playground for children.

  Lo recomiendo 100% , este lugar te hará sentir como en tu propia casa !! Sierra Butler ha sido muy atenta con nosotros , es un lugar muy tranquilo y bonito
