  Why offer self tours if your system is not going to work? Made me waist my time I drove 45mon to get here and we couldn’t even see the apartment so mad

  Not recommended, no loyalty even for long standing tenants. Four years ago, I moved into an apartment that had only been used as a model unit and had not yet been renovated. I accepted it because the location was more convenient for me. After four more years without renovations, I felt it was reasonable to request a move to the vacant apartment next door. However, management has a policy that tenants cannot move to another apartment of the same size—only to a smaller or larger one. When I requested an exception, they said they saw no reason to grant it. Balmoral saved money by postponing renovations to my apartment for four years, but apparently that still wasn’t enough. Ivan.

  My tour at balmoral was better than I could’ve expected. The location is great to walk my dogs in the morning. The leasing manager Chasity was incredibly knowledgeable on the approval process and timeline to move in. I look forward to this next chapter.

  Balmoral Village (Peachtree City, GA) is an outstanding place to live: comfortable; safe; very well maintained (thank you, Richard, who fixed a plumbing issue in middle of night♥️) pretty, central location; delightful neighbors of all ages and very responsive management(Aubrey & Chasity, especially!) Great amenities and activities. Highly recommend!
