  We only went on a tour. But it was a nice property and the the leasing girl Melissa Maradiaga-Carias was so helpful. We had originally booked a self guided tour but she was will to walk us around and explain stuff. To some this may not be a big deal but this was #7 on the apartment tours and we had all types of attitude from some of the previous properties. It is in the top two of our decisions and let me just say management attitude is a big factor for both places being on the top. Thank you for a bright and lovely welcome Melissa

  Renter Beware!!! If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I moved out on 4/13 due to noise complaints and the management and corporate staff would not do anything about but say you can call the courtesy officer which does not exist! Thor own staff have no clue who it is and there is not a phone number. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything!! When I moved out I cleaned and vacuumed the floors, cleaned the carpet and guess what? They found away to keep half of my security deposit over 500 dollars by saying a stain on the underside of the rug was caused by us, the carpet was not new when we moved into this place so how do I know that stain wasn’t already there. I sent proof of cleaning the floors to their management company and after numerous emails no one has reached out to me or attempted to reach out to me to help settle my dispute. This place is awful and bunch of liars!!!! Rent from somewhere else you will be much happier!! I have never been so upset and disappointed with a company.

  The apartment itself is fine overall but the office and maintenance team are below par. You cannot ever get the office on the phone or when you go into the office they are hardly ever there. They let someone into my apartment twice without my knowledge or permission and all they had to say was “sorry there’s nothing we can do”. The maintenance team came to the apartment to fix what the old tenants left as there was no caulk on the toilets, holes in the walls and doors, and apart of the fridge was broken and the maintenance guy said “yeah we don’t really know how to fix this stuff”. Don’t rent here if you want a place to live that actually cares about their community.
