This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The apartment itself is actually very modern, nice, and has everything I was looking for. Unfortunately, the leasing office and the complete lack of management are what make living here absolutely miserable.
I have made ongoing noise complaints about excessive noise happening well past midnight. I have sent videos, emails, and repeatedly reached out for help. The office rarely responds to emails, they almost never answer the phone, and when they do respond, there is rarely any actual follow-through. I have repeatedly been told that something would be done, only to have nothing happen.
I even requested a sit-down meeting with the property manager to discuss the ongoing noise issues. I was told that the manager is not open to meeting with me. I find that completely unacceptable. If a resident has repeatedly tried to resolve an ongoing problem and is asking to speak directly with management, refusing to even meet with them is incredibly unprofessional.
The communication from the leasing office is also extremely poor. Daphne, who is one of the main people residents interact with in the leasing office, consistently fails to respond to emails until I have sent multiple follow-ups expressing my frustration. Even when I finally receive a response, the underlying issue is usually not resolved. When I come into the office to express legitimate concerns, I feel like I am treated as though I am the problem rather than someone who is simply asking management to follow through on what they have promised.
The gated entrance has also been permanently open for approximately eight months, essentially since we moved in. Despite repeated concerns, nothing has been done to properly resolve the issue. I have personally witnessed homeless individuals entering the property and lying on the sidewalks, which is extremely concerning, yet the gate continues to remain open.
There are also times when residents are given notice the day of that an amenity or area will be closed, rather than being given reasonable advance notice. We were also told when we moved in that the pool would be open year-round, which has not been the case.
What makes this so frustrating is that I actually like my apartment itself. The property is modern and has many of the features I wanted. My negative experience is almost entirely because of the leasing office, management, lack of communication, and the repeated failure to address ongoing issues.
I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here. Promises without follow-through, unanswered emails and calls, unresolved complaints, and management refusing to meet with residents are not acceptable. I have never experienced this level of poor communication and lack of accountability at an apartment complex, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend living here.
