  We were hustled out of $300. Our leasing agent Edward was blowing my phone up about rental opportunities. As soon as we applied everything went dark. Two weeks and……nothing. Who do I talk to about a refund on my funds? This place is a joke

  these people are a scam! edward- one of the leasing agents- started off very nice and accommodating with our process of moving. daily, he called to see how far we’re were with applying. once we applied, the calls and updates stopped. when we would reach out to see how the process was going- then no one would answer basically leaving us confused!! i’ve also never heard of a company doing rental verification & will deny you basically if your current lease will not verify your rental history. do not apply to rent here!

  I absolutely love living in these apartments. Choosing this community as my new home has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. When people say “home is where the heart is,” this is exactly the place they’re talking about. The manager is phenomenal — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Any time I’ve needed something or had a concern, she has handled it quickly and with kindness. The amenities are wonderful and make everyday living enjoyable. I’ve already recommended this community to my relatives and close friends because it truly feels like home.

  Cashmere was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout my experience. She took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed, and made the process smooth from start to finish. Her communication and willingness to help really stood out. If you’re looking for a property manager who genuinely cares about residents and provides excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend working with Cashmere.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE OR YOUR PACKAGES‼️ Some things are the property managements fault, but some things are truly just how bad this area of Norcross is in general. People have no home training here despite it being such an expensive place to rent at. I don’t understand how these people are being vetted and allowed in here. I don’t know how they can afford this place and be so out of control. 2 years ago this place was quieter and had young attractive people only at the gym and pool. Now there’s 50 kids and people at the pool, random men at the grill hitting on me while I’m swimming alone and I KNOW they don’t all live here. It’s basically family central here but I can’t lie this is an issue that every complex has in this area. The PACKAGE ROOM IS THE WORST THING ON THE PLANET!! DO NOT MOVE HERE JUST BASED ON THIS ALONE!!!! They have a package room which in theory sounds amazing, one place where all packages go and u enter a code from the app to enter the door. THE PACKAGE ROOM IS SMALL, PACKAGES CAN EASILY BE STOLEN EVEN THO THEY HAVE CAMERAS, ANYBODY WITH A CODE CAN GET IN. WORSE PART IS THAT THE AMAZON DRIVERS DONT EVEN SCAN YOUR PACKAGE AND U GET NO CODE AND YOU CANT GET YOUR PACKAGE UNTIL THE LEASING OFFICE IS OPEN TO ASK THEM TO OPEN THE DOOR. I EVEN ASKED AMAZON TO ONLY DELIVER AT MY DOOR AND ALL DRIVERS IGNORED MY REQUEST THEY DONT CARE. A PACKAGE ROOM IS THE WORST CRAP IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. YOU WILL REGRET LIVING HERE Besides how terrible the package room and community is. for some reason, people want to shoot out in the middle of the complex. They were screaming and fighting and shoot right in front of my window. I was shaking and on the floor peeking out the window on the phone with police. While yes this is an issue with the area in general, leasing office should be more selective with tenants and have better measures to know WHO IS LIVING here to make sure we don’t get crazies who want to shoot out the place for SUCH AN EXPENSIVE PRICE!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! 1700$ FOR A 1 BEDROOM AFTER ALL FEES INCLUDING A 50$ FEE JUST TO PAY UR RENT MONTHLY!!! This place is not luxury, don’t be deceived by the looks, the leasing office people are actually super nice and helpful. But the emails are not it.
