Their team was amazing and helpful trough every step up the application process, Fernanda especially who took special interest in making sure everything was set and situated. Great apartments and great team, I definitely recommend for your next move in!

  No recomiendo a nadie a mudarse a este lugar por todo te quieren cobrar inventan cualquier cosa para sacarte el dinero y los apartamentos están inundados de cucarachas pero en cantidad exorbitante no renten aquí mala experiencia la mía

  I recently applied to this property site unseen due to the prices shown online and the special advertise. Today I stopped on property to tour I’m not a picky guy so I was looking for too much. The property itself is clean and nice looking overall however the customer service and leasing practices left a bad taste in my mouth as a leasing agent myself there was a lot left to be desired. One the price advertised online for some reason didn’t include or take into account the unit begin turned so apparently the unit I applied for at 936 is actually 1010 after they turn it supposedly why the unit is advertised at that price nd turn cost not calculated before i don’t know just there practices which open the window to prospects saying false advertisement. The pricing change didn’t deter me tho as its only a few extra bucks, then I was informed I was required to go through the guarantors for approval, in all my practices theguartora is a security deposit alternative company used for less qualified candidates, but that’s their normal approval company I guest. But that also makes your security deposit non refundable as your not paying a security deposit but a bond. Which requires payment 24-48 hours after approval. Which just didn’t sit well with me, then on to the tour, there wasn’t available units for each floor plan I wanted to consider and the one available was a self guided tour. As a leasing agent I HATE SELF-GUIDED TOURS, it’s show you have little interest in getting to know your client. And it leaves the tour up to chance when it comes to guess experience. The unit itself was ok and could fit my needs perfectly but because of the experience and the leasing agent lack luster attitude I will have to past. Truly wish I could get a refund after that experience honestly not one to leave reviews but if I’m losing $200 then I thought I’d share for others.
