  If you’re big on customer service don’t look here. I’m apartment shopping and stopped at this property today arrived at 4:45 they close at 6. I walked in there was only one agent working a young Hispanic lady (didn’t get her name). She was helping a Hispanic couple but never looked up and acknowledged me. Didn’t speak nothing. That should’ve been my 2nd sign this wasn’t the place for me but noooooo. I took a seat and after hearing the laughter the agent and 2 individuals she was helping I quickly realized they were no longer discussing business but showing each other something from their phones. After I started showing frustration she stopped and said how can I help you seem to be in a hurry. I paused and said I would like to see a 2bed 2bath and have a few questions. She then says we don’t do walkin tours. I said you don’t do walk in tours but have a sign at the road of the property “now leasing” is unheard of. She said I could schedule a tour for you tomorrow so I said I’ve been calling all day to do that but no one answers.But fine. I make it on this side of town around 4:45-5 she then says we don’t show apartments after 4:30. Ma’am thank you but this experience and customer service a possible tenant receives let me know exactly how things will go if I sign a lease with you. Just terrible and I hope the owners see this. If they even care.

  El lugar es agradable y limpio el personal es atento y amable Pero en temas de administración tienen mucha deficiencias Los gates de la entrada principal nunca están en funcionamiento no hay seguridad y cualquier extraño puede entrar al complejo hacer un daño y la administración no se hará responsable. También en el tema de correo lo paquetes de tamaño grande en su mayoría se hace entrega en la oficina pero si ese paquete se extravía ella no se hacen responsables y cualquier persona puede extraer cualquier paquete sin temor alguno ya que las cámaras no están en funcionamiento
