Make sure the apartment you’re applying for is actually available on your intended move-in date before paying any application fees. A family member of mine signed a lease, and their move-in date has continued to get pushed back. It’s frustrating to pay fees and make plans only to find out the apartment won’t be ready when promised.

Me mudé hace un día.no recomiendo el lugar esta en mala condiciones me dieron el apartamento con el aire dañado y tiene muchos detalles y cosas viejas no funcionales
My friends still live here, they have small children. Valet never picks up trash. The rodent problem, inside and outside is horrendous. Horrible place. Most of the staff are rude and not smart which makes interactions with them even worse. Garbage pickup rarely happens and the dumpster is a biohazard. I got out of my lease. You should too!

No solucionan los inconvenientes que se presentan teniendo la forma de solucionar prefieren hacer esperar por mucho tiempo con los problemas
Muy mala administración por ese parte
Me tocó comprar aire portátil
Y ventilador
Por qué después de un mes de solicitar ayuda para solucionar
No cuento con ningún tipo de solución

My experience with Pegasus Residential at Parc at 1695 was extremely disappointing.
I applied for an apartment, paid the $300 application fee, passed the background and income verification, received a welcome letter, move in paperwork, and a confirmed move in date. I made plans based on the information they gave me. Then I was told the unit was no longer available because the current tenant decided to renew at the last minute.
A few days later, I received another email saying a different unit was available and would be ready by July 31. I drove to the leasing office expecting to move forward, only to be told they didn’t even know when the apartment would actually be available.
I made four or five trips to the office, called multiple times, and repeatedly received inconsistent information. The staff showed very little urgency or empathy, and instead of trying to help, I was often told to come back later if Nora wasn’t there.
I’m not upset that a tenant renewed. That happens. I’m disappointed by how poorly everything was communicated and handled. Sending welcome letters, move in documents, and confirmed dates for units that are not actually secured is unacceptable.
I was a qualified applicant ready to sign a lease immediately, and Pegasus Residential lost an easy customer because of poor communication, disorganization, and a lack of professionalism. I hope management and the property’s owners take this seriously and improve the experience for future applicants.
