  The recent positive reviews they have are from a raffle of them offering free rent for five star reviews. If you’ll notice they all say that it’s a peaceful place and that’s because it’s not. There’s bass music blasting rattling your walls 24/7 I have to live in noise canceling headphones just to live here. There are full on parties thrown in the parking lot almost every weekend with people who don’t even live here and you can hear them through the entire complex accompanied by screaming and trash and beer left everywhere. I have never lived in a place so noisy gunshots, fireworks, constant honking, yelling and screaming there is never a moment of peace. The office is horrible doesn’t care and is extremely unhelpful they let this complex run how it does. Horrible littering trash is everywhere I watch people just throw stuff out of their cars all the time. Valet trash doesn’t exist they are supposed to come every night but don’t come for a full week most of the time even though your paying for it and the dumpster is always overflowing with trash and furniture around it. Bugs are everywhere no matter what you do and I have not seen them spray once even though you pay for it. Mold in spots of the apartment. Package theft is rampant and the mail room is a mess with the locks not working properly and people also trying to steal mail. Parking is impossible as it is used for people to work on their cars or for unauthorized guests (which there are alot of) even though there is guest parking. And of course maintenance is horrible nothing gets done unless you repeatedly go to the office and even then it’s either still not done or not done properly. Moving in was a mess the move in date was pushed back multiple times because they weren’t ready and then the apartment STILL wasn’t fixed or cleaned and it took months of me hounding them for them to fix maintenance issues that we’re supposed to be done before we moved in. Information and paperwork has been wrong. I could keep going on about the issues here it is genuinely awful and I regret moving here. There are lots of sweet families but too many people treating this complex like trash including the people who run/own it. And most importantly a woman was murdered here back in November I was not notified by complex but found out online and do not feel safe here whatsoever.

  Llevo 4 años viviendo en este maravilloso lugar , donde encontramos todo lo que necesitamos , es un lugar tranquilo donde gozamos de una buena convivencia , donde nos respetamos los unos a los otros . Tengo un niño y el Cuenta con lugares donde recrearse como piscina , cancha de futbol . Y la atención a las solicitudes es oportuna y son muy eficientes

  The worst place to live in all of Georgia. Do yourself a favor and avoid these apartments at all costs. There are cockroaches everywhere—literally crawling up the walls, it’s a massive infestation. The air conditioning doesn’t work. Packages get stolen right from your door. Do not live here—they should shut this place down and demolish that cockroach nest. Just thinking about it makes me sick. The women in the front office are rude and very unprofessional. There’s loud music all the time and noisy people.

  Estoy muy feliz viviendo en este condominio. La ubicación es excelente y, al menos en mi unidad, el ambiente es muy tranquilo y familiar, lo que realmente me permite sentirlo como un hogar donde puedo descansar y estar en paz. Disfruto mucho poder salir al balcón y conectarme con la naturaleza, algo que valoro muchísimo en mi día a día. Cuenta con piscina que es un gran beneficio, especialmente en verano. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de Nora y Luisa, quienes desde el primer momento han sido muy amables y siempre han escuchado mis inquietudes con mucha dedicación. Su atención personalizada realmente hace la diferencia. También agradezco a Ricardo de mantenimiento por su paciencia y excelente trabajo. Hoy mismo pudo resolver todos los inconvenientes que tenía en mi unidad y quedé realmente muy conforme. En general, estoy muy agradecida por el trato y la atención que he recibido. Es un lugar donde realmente uno puede sentirse en casa.
