- KHKenard HolmesJun 18, 20261.0I’ve been waiting 13 months to write this review and truly wish I could give 0 stars. I had a horrible experience living here and couldn’t be paid to do it again. You will 100% have mold or roaches, mostly a combination of both. New staff came in December and the best thing I can say about them is that they are “nice”. I’ve submitted several work orders and request that were ignored for weeks until I went up to the office several time and made my service request known. 3 of those request were about mold and was not addressed the other 2 times. The good reviews are from tours and that doesn’t paint the picture of what it means to live here. It’s cheap for a reason and I would say you get what you pay for but you don’t even get that if I’m being honest. I’m ashamed to have ever stepped foot here and hope you take this review as a sign to save your time and money dealing with Grove Point. I wish I had more pictures but I was so fed up with living here, that I just became numb to the poor quality and foolishness of this excuse for a apartment complex.
