- KMKirah MartinSep 30, 20265.0Hiram and Ruthie were more than AMAZING!! They made the move in process quick and efficient and communicated thoroughly. Best experience I've had viewing, applying and renting an apartment. 10/10 this is a great property with beautiful landscaping, great amenities that are wheelchair accessible and a nice pool.
- FPFranklin PoweSep 26, 20261.0U pay for things on your rent that hasn’t been fixed the only thing u get from the property manager is we are short on help. Which has nothing to do with the tenant. Apartments not in great shape for the prices they charge and can’t fix things in a timely manner

- NENicole ElazabSep 15, 20265.0I absolutely loved my apartment tour experience! Ruthie was AMAZING from the moment she greeted me. She was so warm, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to show me everything while answering all of my questions. Ruthie’s positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out to me. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable. You can definitely tell she takes pride in helping people find the right home. I left the tour feeling very excited about the community and the possibility of making it my new home. Ruthie was truly wonderful, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment!
