WE THE RESIDENTS THAT SIGNED A CONTRACT SHOULD BE RECEIVING THE FREE MONTH UNTIL YALL ACTUALLY FIX STUFF. MOST OF THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE REVIEWS. THEY'RE NEVER AT THE FRONT OFFICE. IT ALWAYS SAYS THEY'RE ON LUNCH BREAK.

Informed her mold was in the apartment and asked for pest control she tells me she will add my name to an email. Fast forward a month then proceeds to tell me I have to sign up for it and that orkin will come on thursday. Again a whole month ago havent seen ORKIN yet. Had to deal with the ROACHES ON OUR OWN Disclamer due the fact i get no responses using my real name when asking to get things service id figured id use a backup account and look at the reponse i got. How about lets talk about the email this morning. You cant give us our 55 dollars back?!! How long has this been going on? A credit when someone us could have used that money for something else!!! Instead of being worried about whether i live here how about you FIX THE GATE! GET THE ROACHES! FIX THE MOLD BE FOR REAL.
