  Please people please do not move to Bradford Gwinnett Apts and Townhomes. This apartments are mold and mildew. The apartments that are on bottom level they have rodents (rats). Bradford also are bug infested. I have live in my unit almost year and as I pulled my fridge out I found roach Fesis on the wall. Also Bradford also take their time to come fix anything in your home. I wouldn't even trust them in my unit due to because they go threw your belongings and report everything to the front office. Also the clerks property manager "every one in the rent office" are rude and disrespectful. This complex alone have so many code violations also they overly charging for rent. These apartments are not work $2400. Every where else in Gwinnett is way cheaper than this bug infested raggedy apartments please do not move over here.

  I've had a great experience living at Bradford Gwinnett Apartments. The community is well-maintained, the grounds are clean, and the atmosphere is peaceful. The office staff has always been professional, friendly, and responsive whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the team does a great job making sure residents are taken care of. The location is also a huge plus—it's convenient to shopping, restaurants, and major highways, making it easy to get wherever you need to go. Overall, Bradford Gwinnett is a wonderful place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming apartment community.

  The apartments on the inside is nice they just need to take care the outside keep it pressure washed and also the residence needs to make sure they throw there trash in the dumpster other then that it’s nice
