  While I lived here the gate was always broken. You only get 1 code to the gate. Also to take the yearly pictures of the apartment the man walked into my bathroom while I was on the toilet didn't apologize took his pictures and left.... I made a complaint they did nothing and treated me as if some random man seeing my private areas was no big deal.

  Hello! I wanted to say that since moving in, Terry Luckett has done a truly wonderful job at making us feel welcomed and helping us with any problem we may have. I’m not sure how to rate their services through any of their platforms so I resorted to here. Thank you for making my first apartment experience great!! Terry Luckett for President 2028!

  That lady HUNTER with the black hair is a very rude individual. I’m not understanding why she works there. She’s just gonna be rude to the residence. If you are so miserable with your job, find another one!! Don’t take it out on us. I also noticed she picks and chooses who she wants to be nice to and who she has a snarky attitude with do what you will with that information. However, Anne is the sweetest person ever !! she is kind to everyone, regardless of who they are. She is an example and should teach her fellow coworker how to be kind And have customer service. Anne is literally the only reason I even added another star.

  I would like to begin w/ Julio our Leasing agent, he went above & beyond the moment we were introduced. He was knowledgeable, professional & very personable. There isn’t a question asked that wasn’t addressed. After we moved in he made sure Tim (Maintenance leader) came over himself to tweak a few things. Tim was friendly coming in, knowledgeable & very cable. I appreciate the attention & service from the office staff as well. So glad we chose this place. The professionalism is impressive. Thanks to all!

  I moved here from NJ and was welcomed with kind people. They recognize all of the big milestones. I moved here with my cat and there was a welcome basket greeting me in my apartment on the day I moved in with treats for me as well as bowls, treats and toys for my pet. I recently had a baby and prior to, they gave me a basket of diapers, wipes, outfits and toys for our little one. Recently my cat had gotten out of my apartment and went missing. I reached out to the front desk and spoke with Hunter, (who is the best btw) has always been helpful even with tips for my new mama-hood, took action and sent out a community wide notification to be on the lookout. With her help we found her! They really are great here and I highly recommend the repair crew as well! Last year, the day before I had my baby, the hot water cut off. I reached out to the office and the guys got to my apartment that night and the next day to rectify the situation and put in a brand new water heater. They are all great here. Thankful for The Villas at Newnan Crossing staff for helping us! Much appreciated.
