- CTCarla TamyceJun 29, 20261.0I have been dealing with ongoing harassment from another resident since moving into this community, and despite multiple complaints, videos, police reports, and repeated requests for help, I have not received an effective resolution. Instead of taking meaningful action, I was advised to confront the resident myself, which I do not believe is an appropriate or safe solution. The situation has now escalated to the point where my two young children (ages 8 and 6) have become frightened after being yelled at and cursed at by this resident outside our home. Every resident deserves to feel safe and enjoy peaceful living, especially children. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of intervention and accountability. My expectation was that management would take reasonable steps to address repeated harassment and protect residents from ongoing disturbances. I sincerely hope ownership reviews how situations like this are handled so that no other family has to experience what mine has endured.
