  The manager, Rachel, is top notch. I am so impressed by her kindness, willingness to assist, and genuine concern. With her, I have felt both seen and heard. She is very professional, provides excellent customer service, and is super easy to do business with. This is the best manager Lullwater has had, in my opinion.

  I recommend this property if you want to feel at home. The office staff is very friendly, the neighbors are generally pleasant, and it's the best place to relax on your days off. There's no noise. I've been living here for 7 months, and those months have been fantastic. As for security, if you're looking for a place to live, this will be your best option. Everything is close by, whether you want to go grocery shopping or go out for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

  We have lived in another apartment complex previously for 2 years and I have never felt as happy and protected as I have been since the 1st day we moved here. There is a lot of tranquility, security, no noise, the neighbors are very friendly and the people in the office are very attentive to the inhabitants.

  I’ve been a resident here for 13+ yrs. I’m giving 5 stars because the new (hopefully long term) property management team has been exemplary since taking over. They communicate often and keeps us updated about everything. They’ve addressed issues such as excessive noise during quiet hours, trash, loitering and noise in breezeways, etc. For the most part it’s a quiet place. But in this type of living environment you’re gonna have times where that’s not the case. Maintenance has improved. It’s an excellent location. I have a 3.7 mile commute to my home office. Close to the interstate. I love that the apartments have sliding doors to the patios as my cats love the huge view. They sit quietlyand watch life go by for hours. The Lullwater team takes steps to create a sense of community by hosting frequent events, bringing in food trucks (which I have yet to take advantage of) and creating a sense of being in tune to residents and our needs in a fair and professional manner. II truly appreciate the new staff and their attention to detail. Just renewed my lease. I feel safe here.
