To piggy back off what a few others have said no urgency when it comes to fixing the ac , pest control and very money hungry . To save your self the trouble most people have to document everything because creekside is quick to lie and say they fixed something and didnt . Stay clear

Creekside at White Oak is by far one of the worst places to choose to reside. Management is HORRIBLE and MAINTENANCE is even worse. I do not recommend any one to live here. They just throw you into a “renovated” apartment that is older than Abraham Lincoln. No urgency about anything. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My husband and I have lived here with our one year old for 3 months now. We are now breaking our lease. Our A/C has been out off and on since the VERY FIRST DAY we moved in. Our apartment can get up to 85 degrees. despite multiple calls to maintenance (they're emergency number is always down for us), MULTIPLE requests had been put in, we had went up to the office, despite all of that no one would come. we would have to call the 911 non-emergency hotline just for someone to get out here. Someone from maintenance after 3 MONTHS finally said it needed to be replaced (OUR WHOLE UNIT). It took them 10 minutes tops to find that our compressor was shot. the guy who came told us he'd go to the office and talk to them, and that he'd get someone to bring us a portable A/C. 5 DAYS LATER we still HAD NO A/C, AND no portable A/C. we kindly asked again for a portable. AGAIN WE NEVER RECEIVED ONE. Our a/c FULLY went out on July 30th, they knew about it since July 31st. it took them till August 5th to schedule our replacement. we didn't get it replaced till august 8th. including the day they came to finally fix it, we had no a/c for 10 days. NOT INCLUDING THE MONTHS OF ON GOING "quick fixes". Within those 3 months it would take up to 4 or 5 days for someone to come fix it just for it to go back out. they did that until the unit just couldn't take it anymore and gave out. NOT TO MENTION our son have eczema and has suffered terrible face heat rashes. he wouldn't nap, sleep, eat, because of how hot was in here. we would have to spend our own money to buy fans, and pay for our travels to stay elsewhere because of Creeksides issues. in our lease this is something that had 7 days to fix. it says nothing about what should happen after that! this is ridiculous! if you want to live in a place that has functioning A/C and maintenance that actually works at a decent speed, then this place IS NOT for you. we've given this place many chances. months worth of chances. it's not worth your time. EDIT: I wanted to come back on here and just warn anyone considering moving here. We moved in expecting a clean, remodeled apartment, but that wasn’t our experience. The floors were so dirty they turned our feet BLACK, and it took five mops before the water ran clear. We also found sticky residue in the cabinets and on the countertops, so I spent an entire day deep cleaning. The “remodel” was poorly done. Door handles were loose, one was installed backwards, a bedroom door rubs against the floor, and there are scratches and chipped paint on door frame's throughout. We also had a flickering light bulb that needed replacing. Our biggest issue has been the air conditioning. We were moved into a DIFFERENT unit at the last minute because our original one wasn’t ready, and we’ve dealt with A/C problems for the entire three months we’ve lived here. It has been a miserable experience.nAnother serious concern is the oven. It’s missing the inner lining on the door, causing the glass to become extremely hot while cooking. We have a young son, so we have to keep him out of the kitchen because of it. I’m only sharing this so future residence know what they may be walking into. Our experience has been very disappointing.

A classic “if I could give it zero stars I would.” The experience I’ve received from Creekside at White Oak is actually comical because of how atrocious. I would recommend the Quality Inn over this place. After signing my lease and set to move in on a certain day, about 15 hours prior to my move in, they EMAIL me to let me know my unit would not be ready for another week. No other information to offer, and of course no answer when I immediately respond and call. This was on a Friday afternoon. Movers scheduled deposits paid. No where to go. I terminated the lease at this point because that was clearly a sign from God. However, I had already turned on power and gas to this unit. I called to have that turned back off, only to receive a bill of over $100 from Coweta EMC to this unit. I also had activated renters insurance for around $70, which they confirmed they would turn off and refund. Imagine my surprise when I received the monthly charge on July 1st! After reaching out to the property management company who owns this property and emailing the property COUNTLESS times with zero response, I tried calling. Again. I finally got an answer from the 4th phone number I found of theirs, from a person who could only pass my information along. To my surprise, I received a call back the next day around 6pm. Being so late in my working day, I missed the call. I’ve reached back out multiple times because they have still not refunded the renters insurance. I am at a loss of words from just how terrible this apartment complex is managed, and beg you to steer clear. My next steps are legal action.
