  We moved in at the end of January, we have now resided here for almost 3 months. I wanted to wait before giving a review to see how the overall living experience is. I gave 4 stars only because I feel maintenance is a little slower to fix things. Overall our interactions with the leasing office has been wonderful. We have mainly dealt with Brittany and Jasmine who are a delight. Julio is also very helpful. The community overall is quiet, clean, and well kept. There are times when the trash compactor is overly full, but it doesn’t stay like that for long. Our home especially is lovely, it was clean when we moved in. Honestly the overall experience is great. It is quiet where we are.

  Julio was awesome ! He communicated very well kept his word gave feedback in a prompt manner nice from day one very welcoming and informative!!! Please ask for him and give Creekside at White oak a try!!!!

  The quality in the apts is made to be broken, been trying to dispute charges for 5 days now with them giving me the run around telling me to email different people. Half the appliances didnt work after already having to switch to a different unit than we signed for due to damages in the one we signed for. Julio has been a great leasing agent overall and very helpful, but the move out process has been frustrating to say the least
