  I came to view this property and was greeted by a Mr Kyle Hunter. He was very pleasant and kind. He was very informative concerning all of my questions and concerns. During the tour I felt very welcomed. Definitely a pleasure handling business with this gentleman. By far the BEST Leasing Agent I’ve encountered in a very long time. 10/10

  i only gave two stars cause they can't delete those !! IF I COULD I WOULD MOVE OUT IMMEDIATELY!! TODAY THEY HAD AN INSPECTION. I TOLD THEM THAT MY MINOR CHILD WAS IN THERE BY HERSELF AND THAT I WOULD BE OFF OF WORK BY 4 O'CLOCK. INSPECTIONS WERE FROM 9 AM TO 5:30 PM KYLE THE USELESS FRONT DESK. GUY SAID HE WOULD TALK TO MAYA THE OTHER USELESS FRONT DESK PERSON ABOUT THEM COMING LATER WHEN I'M HOME BEFORE! I KNEW IT THEY HAVE BUSTED IN MY HOUSE WITH MY MINOR CHILD AND HER MINOR FRIEND WHILE MY MINOR DAUGHTER WAS GETTING READY FOR WORK. SHE WAS IN THE BATHROOM WHEN THEY CAME IN. MY DAUGHTER IS TRAUMATIZED THAT IS SEXUAL ASSAULT WHEN I ASK USELESS MAYA FOR CORPORATE NUMBER SHE SAID SHE DID NOT KNOW IT AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE NAMES OF THE TWO MEN THAT CAME INTO MY APARTMENT WHILE I WAS GONE AND WENT INTO THE BATHROOM WHILE MY MINOR CHILD WAS IN THERE. USELESS KYLE HAD PREVIOUSLY SAID THAT THE CHILDREN WOULD BE PUT IN THE BREEZEWAY AND THAT USELESS MAYA WOULD BE THERE. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED AGAIN, MY DAUGHTER IS TRAUMATIZED BY THESE MEN COMING IN WHILE SHE'S IN THE BATHROOM GETTING READY FOR WORK DO NOT MOVE IN HERE These people have access to your minor children I will come in Your apartment while you are not here!! lord knows what they did to them and how long they were watching them get ready!! i will file Polive report!!!! THEY DID NOT LET THEM GO IN THE BREEZEWAY AS STATED

  This is the worst property management I have ever witness in my life. Maya (Property Management) has no level of care or a single ounce of empathy for any of the inconveniences they cause. They are quick to snatch you bread and stack fees unnecessarily but, when it comes to communicating, accountability or even mere understanding. It is all non existent. They let random towing companies come and snatch vehicles off the lot for expired tags. The kicker is even if the car is renewed for its registration. It can still be towed and when you ask the leasing office…or more specifically Maya about what occurred and who to speak to. It’s almost like a sever case of amnesia occurs and all of a sudden you hear the most I don’t know’s of your life accountability floats in the wind as she grows more irritated at the inconvenience they caused. A joke of person and sorry excuse of property let alone management. Do not waste your time or you might wake up best trick yet. The disappearance of a whole vehicle with shoulders shrugs the world has never seen. Dorks.

  My husband and I were dealing with an abrupt foreclosure with our apartment complex and needed to make an emergency move! Mr.Kyle at the front desk made that process swift, smooth and easy. We were moved in within the next 2 weeks ( our reasoning for the delay ) Anything that needed fixing was answered with urgency, care and hospitality. If you’re looking to move, I wouldn’t hesitate to start here.
