  We came in just to see what happened and check the apartments out. There was no tour scheduled or anything, but that did not stop Ms. Melvia from helping us. She was very sweet and eager to show us around. Her tour was very informative and we were offered refreshments as courtesy. She definitely makes apartment hunting exciting!

  Although I haven’t moved here, I had a wonderful experience today with Sheara (forgive me for the wrong spelling). She was amazing!!! She took me on a tour and I fell completely in love with the complex!!! I will definitely be moving there. I don’t even want to tour any other apartments after today!

  My pre-experience with Melvia was the absolute best. It was like a Saturday evening with one of the ladies. She greeted me with a smile, welcomed me to make The Story my home. I started my search early. I toured about 5 properties on this day. Melvia left the best impression . I mean even as I walked out and the next person walked in she was the best….🥰❣️

  This community is phenomenal in every way. The amenities are always clean and in good condition. There are fire pits and grills throughout the property for those who enjoy cooking. If you prioritize your fitness they have a 24 hour gym with a great variation for equipment whether you prefer cardio, strength training, yoga, etc. There's also a gravel walking trail that runs throughout the community if you prefer outdoor exercise. The clubhouse is always clean and the WiFi works perfectly with optimal speed for those working remotely. The pool is open throughout the year and there's plenty of shaded areas for the hotter days. The staff does a great job of regulating the community expectations from noise control, pool behavior, and cleanliness. The maintenance team are all friendly and prompt with request. 5 stars doesn't do this place justice.

  We’ve lived at Story Mt. Zion for a year, and it’s been a great experience. The community is relatively new, well maintained, and the neighbors are friendly. Recently, one of our roommates moved out, so we decided to transfer to another apartment within the same community. We especially want to thank Melvia Taylor for all of her help throughout the process. She was always professional, patient, responsive, and made our apartment transfer smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate everything she did for us. Overall, we’re very happy living here and would definitely recommend Story Mt. Zion to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
