- DHDiamond HarrisMay 28, 20263.0been living here for about 6 months now. haven’t had any problems and it’s a pretty quiet neighborhood. the only reason i give it a 3 star is because the gate haven’t been fixed since the first month i moved in.. mind you i had to pay $50 for the sticker that goes into your window so the gate opens automatically but haven’t used it since the gate stays open anyways. the pool still isn’t open since it’s been hot and it’s suppose to be open all year round & the Brivo pass we use to go to the club house hasn’t worked going on 2 months now. as a first time resident it sucks to not be able to access amenities you pay for ..

- JJJade JonesMay 20, 20252.0The apartments itself are nice and beautiful but the walls are so thin i can hear my neighbors tv, them yelling I can even hear them walk to the bathroom at night time and flush. I hear all type of noise from my upstairs neighbors , footsteps, things falling, music ,etc. And don’t get me started on the parking by the time I get home the whole complex parking lot is filled and the leasing off won’t let us buy a reserved parking spot because they only allow 5 per building which doesn’t make since if I’m willing to pay for a spot. WHY have all these buildings and not enough parking for us. We have a mail for our packages and my stuff has been stolen at least twice.

The pool and outdoor lounge areas are so nice and my apartment is the nicest one I’ve ever lived in. The one time I needed maintenance on my dryer, the team was there within minutes to take care of it. Honestly I could see myself living here for a long time! It’s just a few minutes away from anything I need and the property feels super safe. Such a fun and beautiful place to live.
