Terrible!!!! I honestly would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The experience has been frustrating from the beginning, and the level of communication and professionalism is extremely disappointing. Management seems more interested in collecting Administration fees than actually caring.Whenever there is an issue, getting a response can feel like pulling teeth, and when you finally do get one, you’re often left feeling like your concerns aren’t being taken seriously. There are plenty of apartment communities where you can spend your money and actually feel respected and valued as a resident. If you’re considering moving here, I strongly recommend doing your research, reading the reviews, and asking current residents about their experience before signing a lease.i will contact corporate everyday until something is done.

This is a wonderful property and exactly what I was looking for. It's quiet, peaceful, family friendly and sits in a good location. The entire staff was welcoming, fun loving, knowledgeable, and made the process simple. By the end of the tour, I was ready move in.

Absolutely Beautiful inside and out. I see kids outside playing no loud music or loud noise. Beautifully walking area. Gazebo and Grills onsite. Pool, Gym, playroom an office area to do homework if you need that quiet place. The main office is soooo beautiful.

I’m not sure if these reviews are fake or paid but this community has gone down hill. I’ve lived here since they opened in 2024 & it’s gotten worst year after year. The maintiance team started out very strong but that has went down hill as well. Roaches have now started to appear in my apartment. The leasing office has done nothing, several repair request have been issued, & the work has been half done but will be closed out on the online portal as completed, several neighbors have been locked out of their apartments & entry gate, the leasing office is always turning over with new staff. I checked the BBBwesite this morning after overhearing a neighbor upset about things that are going on and the property had an F. So again, I don’t know if these are paid reviews or fake; either way.I WOULDNT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE. I CANNT WAIT TO MOVE

Quote from your page “Soak up the sun by our sparkling pool, take a refreshing dip or relax under some shade. Days at the pool are days well spent.” Been here for almost 3 years and out of 3 summers the pool has been open for 1 month. The web page uses it as an amenity but it isn’t. There is zero communication when it doesn’t open. Last year it was an excuse about an inspection. If an inspection is needed there is plenty of time before Memorial Day to prepare for that. Apartments do not have to close the pool on Labor Day but they sure did last year. Then there are random nights of gun shots. The police even though they are right down the street take forever to get here. Again no communication about that either or the steps they are taking to make residents feel safe. Don’t comment on my post with your generic response about how sorry you are about my experience and ask me to reach out to discuss because I did previously, and was told call the police 🙄. When it comes to amenities I shouldn’t have to call and speak to someone, that information should be communicated. My rent doesn’t get adjusted when I am not getting all that I pay for. I shouldn’t have to spend money taking my child to a waterpark because the pool isn’t open.
