  I called on Monday May 11,2026 I spoke to a Ms.Dorothy who scheduled my tour for Friday May 15,2026 at 430pm. Went home submitted application and payment. On Tuesday May 12,2026 I received an email that my application was canceled without reason and my money taken. I then called to speak to someone regarding the cancelation and I was at that time informed that Ms.Dorothy would give me a call back, 2 hours had passed and I heard nothing from no one not even Dorothy! I attempted to call right before they closed still nothing and I have left voicemails. Im attempting to call again today May 13,2026 and no one is answering the phones as early as it is.... Took my money! Canceled my application! Didn't return my money! And not providing any explanation to the application cancelation! Why speak to people and get info when you all aren't following through but the potential residents are doing their part!??!?! Can someone make this make sense.

  I really liked the property and was genuinely excited about the possibility of living at Promenade Apartments, which is why this experience was disappointing for me. The property itself is beautiful, and that honestly makes me hate how the application process turned out even more. What frustrated me most was the lack of clarity and consistency regarding the reason for my denial. I was initially told the issue involved judgments and civil cases, but after receiving my report back from the third-party screening company, RentGrow, the only negative item listed was an older car debt that was actually in good standing. It was discouraging to feel judged more heavily on a past car-related debt rather than my exceptional rental history and ability to maintain housing responsibly. I completely understand properties have screening standards, but transparency matters. If applicants are denied, they deserve accurate information upfront instead of conflicting explanations. I still think the property itself is great, but I hope the leasing process and communication improve moving forward so future applicants have a clearer and more honest experience.

  Been trying to get in touch with someone to get more information and nobody ever answers the phone no matter how many times or what time of day I call. Just goes to show what I’d be dealing with if I had put in an application and paid fees. Edit as a response: I have literally called 2-3 times a day for a week straight at different times throughout the day and it always goes to voicemail. I’m not driving to the location to ask one simple question that could be answered in two seconds if your employees could simply answer the damn phone. Mind you, I’m writing this right after I just tried to call AGAIN, just a minute ago. Just answer the damn phone…

  I recently toured both the 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units and was very impressed! The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. Malik was my tour guide, and he was absolutely amazing very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took his time answering all my questions and made sure I understood the entire leasing process, which I really appreciated. The overall experience made me feel confident and excited about possibly making this my new home. I highly recommend asking for Malik if you’re planning a tour!
