  Quote from your page “Soak up the sun by our sparkling pool, take a refreshing dip or relax under some shade. Days at the pool are days well spent.” Been here for almost 3 years and out of 3 summers the pool has been open for 1 month. The web page uses it as an amenity but it isn’t. There is zero communication when it doesn’t open. Last year it was an excuse about an inspection. If an inspection is needed there is plenty of time before Memorial Day to prepare for that. Apartments do not have to close the pool on Labor Day but they sure did last year. Then there are random nights of gun shots. The police even though they are right down the street take forever to get here. Again no communication about that either or the steps they are taking to make residents feel safe. Don’t comment on my post with your generic response about how sorry you are about my experience and ask me to reach out to discuss because I did previously, and was told call the police 🙄. When it comes to amenities I shouldn’t have to call and speak to someone, that information should be communicated. My rent doesn’t get adjusted when I am not getting all that I pay for. I shouldn’t have to spend money taking my child to a waterpark because the pool isn’t open.

  I'm disappointed in not being able to receive my application refund. I would not have wasted $35 if I knew they were going to deny me.

  Extremely disappointed with the way the application process is handled. Of course, the staff is extremely friendly. Until you pay your deposit and all of your application fees. If you get denied, they tell you that you will be refunded, but that is not the case. At that point, the friendly face comes off. And they do not answer the phone, and they give you a runaround about Coming up with a positive solution, I have made several attempts to contact someone so that we could handle things at the ground level. But due to their own responsiveness, I now feel it is my responsibility to inform anyone that is interested in this property to Move with caution because if you are denied, they are no longer as helpful as they are when they are trying to walk. You through the process of taking your money. I wish they were as helpful with helping you gain your refund without giving you a runaround.

  Started an application, Got a call from a Marquita in the front office. She told me to go ahead and pay for the application and give her a call back. She’ll process my application pay the fee called right back immediately to let her know I completed it never got a call back been calling for a week now no one has called me back left Several messages only not to get a response, wasted my time and my money , Communication sucks will be disputing that charge
