  My experience when I went to The Levi was amazing the stuff was very helpful in any questions that I had was a very nice young lady. The community was and is very beautiful and well kept, but when it came down to the paperwork or application I had problems with trying to get things in order and they stopped me and said let us help you and the manager walked me through the process and my tax ID and the manager and his team treated me like I was already home. And mined you I didn't have an appointment I walked in and they greeted me and showed me my new home, as if I had made an appointment. In society today, people are always in such a rush and always so quick to complain and pass judgment. I hope this review makes it to the wonderful people that help me to start over.   Love, love, love living here! It's so *peaceful sigh*. From the start there has been nothing but excellence. From the quick answering of emails during the application process to the friendly office staff and minor maintenence asists, there's been no complaints. Apartments are quiet, clean, and well constructed. Joseph, Mila and the community life manager Kamesha(?) are wonderful. They keep all the residents abreast of what's going on in the neighborhood at all times. The surrounding neighborhoods and shops are also growing and I love seeing families walking and peacefully playing outside in the area. It's comfy here. I'm always happy to come home.

  Should be called the Levi affordable apartments because it's nothing luxury about it. Missing a cover for my ceiling light. The back gate is ALWAYS broken. Valet trash but they don't even give you a trash can like luxury apartments usually do. My dryer broke within the first week of using it. My kitchen sink leaks. The refrigerators make this very annoying sound. The dishwasher doesn't close properly unless you shove it close. My front door constantly has bugs crawling in because there is a giant hole from it not being flushed properly which u can see in the picture I attached. The ants speak for themselves they are in literally everything and every room. I had to buy white bed sheets just to see where they are in my bed because they are constantly crawling on me. Cooking dinner? the ants are there. A movie? the ants are watching. Can't even get dressed without having to make sure the ants aren't in my clothes. Using the bathroom? well so are they. The maintenance team is great. The community looks pretty don't get me wrong but they literally sell ant infested apartments. Also paper thin walls I can hear when my neighbors close their doors/use the bathroom/ have conversations. Just move to the city because you will be paying the same amount for fake luxury standards. Also Joseph in leasing can be very condescending at times from what I have witnessed.

  Very unprofessional leasing staff. Do not move here unless you want to live with ANTS. In your bed, in your cabinets, on your sofa, EVERYWHERE. Every time I visit my best friend we’re killing ants more than spending quality time. Not to mention how one of the leasing agents got her preferred unit mixed up and had her apply to the wrong apartment and then when she requested to change it he told her that “she cannot afford it” EXCUSE ME. Actually over qualified but fair housing red flags through and through 🚩 yall be safe. I work in property management btw.

  Mila was awesome! She suggested that I schedule an appointment to tour the property so I did and my time was honored. She ensured she knew what I was looking for and was VERY professional the entire tour. She showed the property well, ensuring to point out features that set The Levi apart from other communities...and believe me, they are truly set apart! It was a pleasure meeting Mila. Continue to be awesome!
