  Went to a tour, waited at least 30 mins and after the assistant could care less about us. She grouped our experience with another couple to save time and even rushed us out of the apartment to “show” amenities. She was also on her phone and missed questions we were asking. Apartments were decent but a better tour would have heightened the experience

  Kaci was amazing showing us around the property. The different styles of the 2 and 3 bedrooms are very well put together. My daughter is now torn between which apartment to actually move into.

  The Crest of McDonough is a very nice and well-maintained community. The maintenance department is excellent. It's reassuring to know that when you have an issue, they respond quickly to resolve it.

  If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I first would like to say I should have trusted my instinct before moving into this apartment complex. I absolutely hate it here and wish I would have invested my money somewhere else more understanding and accommodating to their residents. Upon my first visit of touring this place I had the displeasure of meeting one of the leasing agents at the office who was not very friendly and gave off a very standoff attitude. Extremely serious and very very cold. Truly unwelcoming, however, I was passionate about finding me and my partner an apartment to move to in the area so we went with the Crest even when there was a gut feeling not to. I have experienced several noise disturbances from my neighbors who are beside me and on top of me. I have been complaining to the leasing office about my next door neighbor since June who is beside me and the upstairs neighbor who is above me from the very first week that they moved in and the leasing office has not been very helpful with providing a peaceful and desirable living situation for me and my family. I have called several times. Left several voicemails. Sent several emails and all the leasing office has to say is “we apologize for that. We will reach out to them” or my favorite “call our non emergency after hour hot line and someone will come out” I have called that line several times and there has never been anyone to come out. I called the leasing office and begged for one of the agents to come during the day during normal business hours one time. They came into our bedroom unit and even agreed the noise was a lot and said that they would reach out. It is April 2026 and I am continuing to live in a stressful living environment. There is never any peace. In addition, I have a newborn who is often woken up out their naps/sleep because of how loud the noise is. I am on maternity leave and all I have experience is a nightmare during a time where I am supposed to be resting, relaxing, and bonding with my newborn. I hate it here. I absolutely hate it here but I have no where to go. This apartment complex has brought me so much stress and anxiety. I do not recommend. I am currently sitting in my car for a peace of mind because I do not want to go into my apartment unit to hear the outrageous noises from both neighbors. Living here is a true nightmare. I have so much more to add but what’s the point. SMH. Mind you, I also have videos and proof of the noise disturbances and nothing is being done. I HATE IT HERE!!!!

  I've been here for approximately six months now and I can honestly say that I've encountered nothing but professionalism and extremely hard working individuals in the leasing office. Specifically, Tia Macklin was exceptional. During my process of applying for this apartment, she was beyond helpful. Tia presented me with options, pricing points and promotions for new residents. I was very grateful for the information presented, and it allowed me to make a very quick decision in light of my busy work schedule. Tia Macklin is very helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and will go out of her way to assist any resident in need. I've been and have seen many leasing agents come and go over the years, but Tia Macklin is a perfect representation of what a leasing agent should uphold and represent. Come and check out the property, you won't be disappointed. Ask for Tia Mackin, she's a people's person and a great representative of Crest at South Point. I assure you, you won't be disappointed! Aker is a maintenance worker at the property. Aker completed several maintenance concerns in my apartment. Aker's swiftness, understanding and thoroughness is why I hold this property in such high esteem. Although the property's pool isn't a heated one, it's still a vibe and the place to be. I strongly recommend that the owners of the property upgrade the pool by allowing a heated one.
