  We had a situation where we had to move into an apartment as soon as we could. We came into the Crest and spoke with Elier. He immediately understood our situation and gave us a tour of the apartment and worked tirelessly to get us set up with the application and approval process. We were expecting to have to wait an extra day but he went above and beyond to get us our keys early and to save us from getting a hotel. In addition to the great leasing team. The 1bd apartment is very comfortable, spacious for my wife and my golden retriever. We love the amenities and love the pool and the gym.

  I’ve enjoyed certain parts of living at The Crest of South Point, but there are ongoing issues that make it hard for me to recommend this community. The biggest problem is the constant weed‑smoking issue. I’ve reported it to management and even contacted officers over the past year, yet nothing has changed. I’m repeatedly told, ‘If you see the person, let us know,’ but the smoking happens while I’m at work or late at night. I come home to my apartment smelling like weed, and I’ve woken up at 11 PM and 4 AM because the odor is coming through my unit. This is supposed to be a smoke‑free community, but it’s not being enforced at all. Noise is another major concern. The walls are extremely thin — I can hear people talking, playing video games, and even snoring while I’m in my bathroom. I was excited about moving here, but the lack of action on the smoking issue and the poor noise insulation have made my experience frustrating and disappointing. 😔

  Went to tour this beautiful property with my partner yesterday and Kaci was our tour guide! She was amazing and answered all of our questions + wonderful personality! Ask for Kaci if you need a tour!

  Scammers They are only after your money. Even when you meet the income requirements and credit score they deny you. Then convince you to add a co- applicant for another fee of $100 to deny again with no explanation. Scammers
