  Somerset is EXTREMELY misleading. It is supposed to be "luxury living", but it is far from it. There are roaches that crawl in the hallways, the property manager was gone for a month and the property was in shambles, the maintenance team (literally only one person) takes 4 plus days to get to your service requests....it is ghetto. It is also supposed to be non-smoking, but they do not enforce the "no-smoking" and the marijuana can even sometimes get in your unit. Absolutely horrible. They also misplaced my money orders and aren't taking accountability -- basically saying to work with the money order issuer, but rent is still due, etc. I have worked in actual luxury property management and new constructions and this is a total disgrace. DON'T RENT HERE.

  I have been living here going on 2 years & in 4 different apartments but now I will be breaking my lease. This complex was once Luxury however, I am not sure where things went wrong. My last & current apt was constantly engulfed in the smell of marijuana & i have a child as young as 1. The walls are terrible thin so unless you’re on the top floor or the person above knows how to be an above floor resident, prepare for Big Foot. The current person above stomps in their walk & allows their child to “stomp the yard” all day throughout the evening as if I didn’t just work a shift & really want to hear that, like literally my items fall off the wall. The pet owners have their dogs unleashed (which one ran past me & my child as the girl tried to catch it) they let their kids walk the dog & sometimes themselves & they will leave dog poop everywhere including your yard .. but wait …..there’s 2 entire Dog parks & plenty of Dog stations with bags to clean up. These kids are playing ding dong ditch , cussing, running around screaming in the hallways, where are these parents??? I have informed the office multiple times & was told nothing can be done about the weed, an email will be sent for the pet owners ( & it has not been) , & the noise will be addressed (if it was obviously the inconsiderate neighbor doesn’t care ) . I pay over $2000 to deal with a community that should be charging $1200. I will be breaking my lease & moving for my peace of mind, my pockets worth & my comfort because ridiculous is an understatement.

  Reanna was very nice and helpful. The apartment has a lot of nice amenities like a billiard room, movie theater, fitness center, clubhouse, pool, playground, etc. The building is spacious and smells nice plud customer service was great.
