  We moved into our new home at the Ryan Newberry 55+ Community -McDonough, GA about three weeks ago and so far it’s been a really positive experience. The neighborhood is quiet and very welcoming. It’s exactly what we were hoping for in a 55+ community!The sales process and closing was organized and right on time, which made the whole experience stress-free. From day one the production team has been very communicative, transparent, and easy to work with. Mya, Isaiah, Ricardo, and Steven are a dream team! They kept us informed every step of the way and have been very open to questions. The walk-through was thorough and the warranty process has been clearly explained, which gave us a lot of confidence as a new homeowners. It’s reassuring to know there’s a team behind the Home that follows through. We are still settling in, but are very happy with our decision and excited to enjoy this new chapter of our lives. If you’l are considering buying in Ryan Newberry 55+ community-McDonough, GA you will not be disappointed.

  This review is to address my wife and my experience with Ryan Homes from our first contact with the sales rep up to the lot and elevation selections as well as chosen upgrades and material types and colors. Our experience has been tiring but extremely exciting at the same time. Our first interaction with the Ryan Homes team came through a sales representative by the name of Noel Bird. I must say that working with Noel has made this phase of the process very enjoyable. Noel has been very professional, courteous, and patient. I have asked Noel a million questions and he has answered each one of them thoroughly. I mean he has taken his time to ensure that all my wife's and my questions were answered in a way that was truly clear to us. Noel would even take the time to send us pictures so we would have a complete understanding of the information we were looking for. We changed our minds about selections we had made many times but it never fazed Noel. I never got the feeling that Noel was trying to rush through our interactions so he could move on to the next one. As I mentioned earlier, he was very patient. Noel was also knowledgeable of his products. This surprised me because it has not been my experience of late that sales professionals are knowledgeable of the product or service they are selling. I can't speak to what our experiences will be as we continue to move through the process of buying a home from Ryan Homes, but if the remainder of the process is anything like this first phase, it's going to be awesome. Noel has set an extremely high bar for customer service and I'm hoping this level will be maintained by each and every team member of Ryan Homes that we interact with. Great job Noel and the rest of the Ryan Homes team!
