  My experience has been okay with this property thus far. Any issues or concerns that I’ve had has been resolved with no issues. The community is quiet majority of the time. The times I’m actually there, I’ve heard one of the neighbors blasting music but I do understand sometimes people need a little entertainment. As far as the rent, I do feel that they should give additional time, especially if they see the effort from a tenant. They’re quick to evict. 😐 I understand there’s a contract but things do happen. Life happens. Sometimes people deserve a chance. I see so many moving or getting set out more than any other property I’ve lived. I don’t know if it’s a good thing or bad thing. Overall, I recommend this property.

  I do not recommend this apartment complex because of the unprofessional management and poor maintenance services. Some of the staff are good but my friend has been harassed for the last several months, and after making numerous maintenance requests, most still remain unfilled. I've seen several people leaving Emerge Oakcrest to find better places to live. I don't blame anyone for leaving.

  I want to recognize Brian Gate for providing excellent customer service. My new TV was originally left at the gate of my apartment complex, but Brian went above and beyond by bringing it all the way to my apartment door. He was professional, courteous, and willing to help without hesitation. I truly appreciated his kindness and extra effort it made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you, Brian, for your outstanding service!
