  I do not recommend this apartment complex because of the unprofessional management and poor maintenance services. Some of the staff are good but my friend has been harassed for the last several months, and after making numerous maintenance requests, most still remain unfilled. I've seen several people leaving Emerge Oakcrest to find better places to live. I don't blame anyone for leaving.

  I want to recognize Brian Gate for providing excellent customer service. My new TV was originally left at the gate of my apartment complex, but Brian went above and beyond by bringing it all the way to my apartment door. He was professional, courteous, and willing to help without hesitation. I truly appreciated his kindness and extra effort it made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you, Brian, for your outstanding service!

  I had a great experience with Brian and Demetrius! They came out yesterday to inspect my washing machine because it wasn’t washing properly. After checking it, they determined it needed to be replaced. They told me it could take 3–5 days, but to my surprise, they came back the very next day with a brand-new washer! They were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. I really appreciate how quickly they handled everything and made sure the issue was resolved. Excellent customer service from both of them. Thank you, Brian and Demetrius!

  You can never get anyone on the phone no matter what time you call. You always have to go up to the office to get any help. Ive been dealing with the same maitenance issue for almost a year.
