  I had a great experience with Brian and Demetrius! They came out yesterday to inspect my washing machine because it wasn’t washing properly. After checking it, they determined it needed to be replaced. They told me it could take 3–5 days, but to my surprise, they came back the very next day with a brand-new washer! They were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. I really appreciate how quickly they handled everything and made sure the issue was resolved. Excellent customer service from both of them. Thank you, Brian and Demetrius!

  You can never get anyone on the phone no matter what time you call. You always have to go up to the office to get any help. Ive been dealing with the same maitenance issue for almost a year.

  I had an incredible experience touring and leasing at Emerge Oakcrest, and I cannot recommend Cha’Vae enough! From the very first moment, she was professional, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. Cha’Vae was extremely knowledgeable about the property and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and a positive attitude. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service made me feel confident and excited about my decision to move here.   I cannot recommend this place enough! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. • Chavae provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. They were incredibly attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions with a smile. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and dedicated to making sure residents feel taken care of. • The Property Manager, Kimmie, runs a tight ship and it shows. You can tell she truly cares about the property and the people living here. Her professionalism and "open door" approach make a huge difference in the overall atmosphere of the community. If you’re looking for a professional team that actually treats you like a person and not just a unit number, this is the place to be. Kudos to Kimmie and Chavae for being such a stellar team!

  I’ve had a great experience living at Echelon Park Apartments. The property is well-maintained, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere that really makes it feel like home. The amenities are a nice bonus, and everything is kept in great condition. What truly makes this place stand out is the staff—especially Kimmie! She is absolutely the best. From day one, she has been so helpful, professional, and genuinely caring. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed assistance, she has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and efficiently. Her positive attitude and dedication really make a difference and don’t go unnoticed. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!
