- KFKayla FrazierAug 19, 20265.0Hi, I’m Kayla. I have lived here going on two years but making my first review. I just recently transferred to a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment here and my experience has been TOP TIER!!! The ladies in the office Vonnie and khadesia have been outstanding in my entire transition and hve helped me though any and all hiccups that naturally come with apartment renting. I lived in a 2bedroom and started the process months prior before my lease ends to be fully prepared and they helped me the ENTIRE way. They are very professional, sweet and knowledgeable. My best leasing office experience I’ve ever had. ❤️ Maintenance: Not only was the leasing part Top Tier but so are the maintenance guys here. After I moved, I had to put in a few maintenance request (made on a Friday) and litterally the next business day they came and fixed EVERYTHING!! I want to Thank Ryan for his professionalism and making sure I was taken care of. I explained to him the issues before submitting request and he took care and even gave me a brand new dishwasher the NEXT BUSINESS DAY!!! I also want to thank Abel Genchis, he immediately came and drove 45 mins to help with a leaking sink, after hours. Fixed issue within mins! I hope corporate see this! I AM A HAPPY TENANT. Thank you!!! Move here, don’t wait!

- TWTiffany WrightJul 8, 20265.0Vonnie and Kadaesha are the best! They are always there to help promptly and professionally with any concerns that I might have.
