- TTTabrisha ThorntonJul 4, 20261.0It's really has gone downhill since I've been here. When we moved in it was a nice, quiet, CLEAN community. Now it's dirty and unkept. Everything looks raggedy. We haven't had screens for our windows for over 4 years. I've seen tenants come and go. It's gotten to the point of desperation to fill these units with a halfway house operation/ "program" now around families. Renting out multiple units to this "program". I now have to double check to make sure my door is locked at all times now. I've had multiple people walk straight in our unit thinking we're one the units of this program. I'm so done now. It doesn't feel like home anymore and it's a miserable way to live. I've got to get my family out of here ASAP. I could say more but the other reviews pretty much covered the rest.
