Since Pegasus took this place over, it has gone downhill in a matter of a week. They’ve decided to put towing notices on almost every single car in the area and when you ask them about it or try to call, they hang up on you or they act rude in the office. Pegasus is one of the worst companies ever to manage apartments. Avoid this place like the plague.

If you are some who relies on the use of handicap spots, don't live here! They let anyone and everyone not only park in the handicapped labeled spot, but the space designated with diagonal lines to provide people in need with the space they need. No repercussions or consequences leads to an open invitation for everyone to park anytime they please! They may advertise things such as valet trash, an on-site car wash, and even a water bottle refill station by the pool, the catch is NONE of those work or operate as advertised! Your key fob will open the gate, but will stop working for the pool and gym, but it is $100 to replace! It is mandatory to pay $50 a month, but your home will be skipped half of the time and nothing will be done about it! Oh and when you can't get into your apartment due to the armed murder running around, you will not receive communications about it or told to stay indoors! Expect to overpay to constantly be disappointed, like when our mailboxes were unavailable for 4 whole months, have fun driving 15 minutes to wait line at usps for your mail. They will probably respond to this message with a ChatGPT response with no proof of change or actual foxing any issues!

I recently moved into the community and wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Fantasia’s outstanding communication, professionalism, and patience throughout the entire process.
I first toured the property in May and immediately fell in love with everything the community had to offer. From that point forward, Fantasia went above and beyond to ensure my needs and expectations were met. Since I was completing much of the process virtually, her responsiveness and attention to detail made everything seamless and stress-free.
Thank you, Fantasia, for making my move-in experience such a positive one. Your dedication to excellent customer service is truly appreciated!

The property looked great and was very clean. The property manager was very friendly and so were the residents I came across. The model looked great. I initially filled out the online form on a Thursday night to receive a call back. By 4 p.m. on Friday, no one had contacted me, so I went in person to make an appointment. I arrived at the day and time of my appointment but was told I wasn't on the calendar. The property manager did show me an apartment, and it was a positive experience.

6/2: I rarely leave reviews, but after nearly two years here, I feel obligated to share my experience.
The issue that finally pushed me to write this review involves my move out process. On May 21, I called the leasing office regarding my move out notice and spoke with an employee who admitted he was unfamiliar with the process and could not answer basic questions about my lease or future rent charges. I was told someone would follow up with me, but I never received a return call, email or any communication.
My lease requires a 30 day notice, and my move out date is July 9. Because I never received the promised follow up, I visited the office on June 2 and was told it was now "too late" and that nothing could be done. I am now being told I may owe approximately $2,300 because of a deadline that could have easily been avoided if the office had simply returned my calls or provided accurate information when I first reached out. THEY ARE NO COMMUNITY FIRST
Unfortunately, this is just one example of the ongoing problems at this property.
The lack of communication and professionalism is unbelievable. Calls go unanswered, messages are not returned and staff members frequently do not know the answers to important questions. Residents should not have to chase down management just to get basic information about their lease.
Maintenance has also been a constant issue. I've experienced a bathroom pipe leak that flooded my floor, a burst pipe under my sink and a refrigerator that completely stopped working shortly after I spent around $250 on groceries. The initial repair attempt actually made the problem worse and the issue took far too long to resolve. The only maintenance employee who consistently tried to help was Dino, who often had to assist me directly when other requests went nowhere.
Safety is another major concern. Cars are regularly broken into, security measures are lacking, cameras are limited or nonexistent in key areas, and the gates are constantly broken. There have even been serious incidents involving police activity in the community. For a gated property, residents should expect to feel safe, but that has not been my experience.
The condition of the property reflects the lack of management oversight. Stairwells are frequently dirty, maintenance issues take too long to resolve and common areas are not properly maintained. There are also ongoing wildlife and pest concerns that add to the frustration.
What is most concerning is the constant turnover in management. Since moving in around July 2024, I have seen multiple property managers come and go. Problems are rarely resolved; they simply get passed on to the next person.
I have even contacted the corporate office in an attempt to resolve these issues, but I still feel ignored and unheard. At this point, I am simply trying to leave and follow the proper procedures, yet I am being penalized for the office's own communication failures.
If you are considering living here, I strongly encourage you to do extensive research first. My experience has been stressful, disappointing and exhausting. Residents deserve better communication, better maintenance, better security and better management than what I have experienced during my time here.
To Shineka and Christal you failed me and my experience on June 2nd I would recommend nobody here I mean nobody let me be your extensive research it ends here there is better! What glitter isn't always gold.
6/3: here we are editing, I have called back once again after now getting my attorney involved. I am currently at work unable to visit the office. I have made another call to reach Corporate or higher up at this point as matters continue to be unaddressed and over seen at the time.
You would think if somebody hated living here so much they would do everything right to get out of here. please do not move here your mental health will be affected.
