  Honestly, I had a great time living at Belmont Place In terms of living space, the actual unit itself is nice, not bug infested as most of these reviews state and they’re pretty spacious. The amenities aren’t all that. The car wash barely works, the gym is tiny, the pool is never clean. Valet trash comes every day though! It’s been absolute chaos to try and find out about my deposit. I am not the only one who has struggled with this. I’ve spoken with 3 other neighbors about how hard it is to get your deposit back from them. Let it be known that this was all under old management so I don’t know how it is now, but I moved out in July and I still haven’t received my deposit in September. Lu has been extremely wonderful and patient with me as I’ve called about 50000 times, but he’s been the best middle man in terms of communicating with the manager. Any way, if you’re a person who doesn’t care about amenities, doesn’t care about their security deposit, and just wants a nice unit to live in, Belmont Place is the place for you! If not, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

  BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The pictures attached show just how disgusting and filthy my unit was and STILL looks from me receiving my keys on 8/25/26. Today is 9/18/26 and there is STILL mold in the bathroom, yellow and brown water stains, broken blinds, broken floor pieces among other things. I was told by the Senior Regional Manager that mold is considered “cosmetic”. I have NEVER moved one single item into the unit and I’ve been asking for a full refund of my security deposit as well as my prorated amount but they declined. The Sr. Regional Manager told me that if I left a review that they would refute the claims. I would love to see them post a video from today showing how the apartment looks. It’s absolutely NO WAY I should have received keys and the apartment looked like this!!! I was also told by other residents that the back gate has been broken for TWO YEARS which is a huge safety concern. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX!!!! Horrible experience!!!

  I’ve had the worst experience living here. Every time they do something in this apartment, they leave their mess for me to clean up. I hate I just renewed my lease smh

  BE CAREFUL BEFORE SIGNING A LEASE HERE. This was a nice place to live until the new owners bought the place. After only two months under its new owner I am planning to leave. Under the last owner, maintenance was handled the same day or the next day, and the office was helpful. Since Pegasus took over in July 2026, not only have I experienced worse service, the management actually has a punitive attitude towards us now. For example, after 1 warning about valet trash cans, management gave many apartments a $75 charges the very next day and labeled them “irreversible.” My pest control request went unresolved for weeks. Even a simple amazon locker problem took about 30 minutes before staff agreed to use their administrative access to help. Management now seems more focused on enforcing rules than helping residents. I would not recommend signing a lease here. Keep in mind that older positive reviews may describe a very different Belmont Place....
