Loads of issues, bugs (despite it being easy to ask for pest control) and things being generally just run down. We moved in to an apartment in horrible condition. We were promised this stuff would be fixed and they took down a list. The new management had just come and I think they were overwhelmed. Most things were never fixed. Would never rent here again.
