- KOKim OwensDec 30, 20245.0I’ve been in my apartment for 9 years so I’ve had my share of leasing agents. The property itself isn’t bad, you just get what you pay for. I can say though I absolutely love Erika. She’s the only one that has been consistent. My work orders are usually seen quickly and if not she communicates very well. She’s also taken pride in spending time in the neighborhoods, talking to us, providing snacks and seeing what we need. To know her is to love her. I love Miguel as well he’s quiet and sweet, but always fixes what I need without having to come back and do it again.
