We feel so lucky to have found Shelby! We were relocating from Maryland to the Athens area, so trying to find the right home from hundreds of miles away was definitely a challenge. Shelby was there for us every step of the way. She worked with us for months and was incredibly patient as we looked at house after house trying to find the one that felt right. She really got to know us and what we were looking for, and we never felt pressured to settle. Being so far away, we had to rely on her for so much, and we always felt like we could trust her completely. After months of searching, Shelby helped us find a beautiful home. She made what could have been a very stressful long-distance move much easier. We are so thankful for everything Shelby did for us and couldn’t recommend her more. Not only did we find a wonderful realtor, but we also feel like we gained a friend along the way. ❤️

Shelby helped us sell our lake home in under 30 days. She works extremely hard and has knowledge and instincts about real estate far beyond her years. I highly recommend her!

I never worked with a realtor who worked harder or was more innovative than Shelby. She has found a house we wanted and quickly sold two others. I can highly recommend her services.

Shelby was such a delight to work with! She knows Lake Oconee and all your needed contractors well. She was very responsive and did everything she needed to get to closing. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a house on the lake.

Shelby always does what she says she is going to do, is extremely knowledgeable about the area, and is great to work with. She backed us up with research and recommended great experts throughout the process. She was very communicative throughout the process.
