  I have lived here for 4 years and the new management is bad! It’s like you’re living in a prison with these people. I drive trucks and always on the road and they recently towed my car from my parking spot without notifying me and management knows that I be gone!it’s a new young girl in the office and she acts like she has a point to prove. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here under the new management! So many people have moved and I’m in the process of leaving.my name is Christopher Shinholster

  Good community, there are small problems and inconveniences as with most apartments but they are under new management so hopefully it continues to get better. Never had a problem in the area. Updated Review.

  I enjoy it here, it’s a surprisingly quiet neighborhood. Management is good about getting things done in my experience, and in the short time they’ve been here I’ve already seen a lot of improvements and upgrades being made to the individual units that weren’t in place before. They haven’t been managing this apartment complex for long, and I can see that they’re being tasked with fixing a lot of things that were already being done poorly before they came and have been trying to fix those processes the best they can. I appreciate the transparency I often get with any issues I may have, and although they are very short staffed on the maintenance side, I think that they are working well with what they have. It’s also very affordable for the area, which is a big plus.

  My sister lives here it’s quite but she has to beg them too fix anything and most of the times they don’t. She has gone to the leasing office on multiple occasions about the same things and they have yet too look at anything
