  Had to leave a review because this was literally the BEST apartment touring experience ever 🤍 Huge shoutout to Alex at Riverstone Apartments for being so sweet, patient, funny, and genuinely helpful throughout my entire tour! I was sooo undecided and had a million questions, but she never made me feel rushed or pressured once. She showed me every available apartment option so I could truly compare everything and feel confident in my decision. I originally did NOT want a first-floor apartment, but Alex made me feel so comfortable and reassured about it by explaining everything so thoroughly. My tour lasted over an hour and honestly felt like hanging out with a friend 😂 She gave me so much helpful information, kept the energy positive the whole time, and made what could’ve been stressful feel exciting instead. We even made a TikTok together lol! You can truly tell she loves what she does and cares about helping people find the right home. Easily the best leasing experience I’ve ever had 🫶🏽✨

  I want to take a moment to recognize Kenneth and Vincent for the outstanding work they’ve done as maintenance technicians in our apartment community. Both of them have consistently been professional, respectful, and reliable whenever I’ve needed assistance. Vincent is always quick to respond and takes the time to make sure issues are fully resolved, not just temporarily fixed. Kenneth brings the same level of care and attention to detail, and together they make a great team. They communicate clearly, show up when they say they will, and treat both residents and our homes with genuine respect. It’s not always easy to find maintenance staff who are both skilled and personable, but Kenneth and Vincent truly stand out. Their hard work does not go unnoticed, and they make living here a much better experience. I really appreciate everything they do and hope their efforts are recognized!

  Alex was such an amazing tour guide! She let me tour two apartments that are both beautiful and spacious for any person looking for a nice and quiet neighborhood without a huge price tag. It’s made the choice a little difficult but I’m so excited for what the future holds. She took her time and made sure she answered all of my questions thoroughly and with much clarity. Their unrenovated suites are as nice as their renovated ones so you’ll get a deal regardless of which one you choose. Everything is luxurious and high quality. I even did a cartwheel in the huge living room cartwheel 🤸 Thanks Alex and the team at Riverstone for such an amazing apartment shopping experience.

  Vincent and Kenneth have been amazing whenever I have had an issue with my apartment. They are both very professional, efficient, and quick to help with any maintenance problems that come up. They always take care of things in a timely manner and make the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate how dependable and helpful they are. Great service all around!

  I do not recommend living at RiverStone Apartments. There are ongoing safety and management issues that have not been properly addressed. Non-residents frequently access the pool area, host unauthorized gatherings, play loud and inappropriate music, and leave the area trashed with little to no enforcement of community rules. There have also been multiple noise violations reported that are still ongoing, with little to no resolution. Security is a major concern. The gates are consistently malfunctioning, which defeats the purpose of a “gated” community and raises serious concerns about resident safety. There is also a severe lack of presence and response from the courtesy officer when issues arise. During one incident involving an unauthorized pool party, a complaint was made and when it was finally addressed, the leasing agent stated they did not know how many guests were allowed at the pool. This was especially concerning given that prior email communications had already been sent to residents outlining pool rules and etiquette. Most recently, I was involved in a situation where I was yelled at, cursed at, and subjected to aggressive behavior in front of my child and other children just yesterday. Law enforcement was called, and a police report was filed. Management stated they were unaware of the incident, which highlights a larger issue with communication and responsiveness. In addition, trash compactor issues are frequent, and waste management is inconsistent. To make matters worse, I relocated units on April 1st and was never provided with a lease to review or sign. I was later told my tenancy defaults to month-to-month, despite never being informed of or agreeing to those terms. Overall, there is a lack of accountability, poor communication, and ongoing safety concerns. I strongly encourage anyone considering this property to proceed with caution and to thoroughly read reviews prior to my own that reflect consistency in the issues and concerns mentioned above.
