  To start with this location has Incredibly helpful and accommodating staff. The grounds are very well maintained and in a pretty convenient location to most all of North Macon locations, all of the amenities/appliances provided with the apartments are modern and well maintained, and even considering the close proximity to the interstate there was very little road noise on the property. Overall we were extremely happy with our experience at this location and our interactions with Alex in the leasing office!

  Out of all the service there Averil Luikens has by far helped me with so many question and services, she does so much to help and be a kind soul even when only on phone calls!

  Averil was absolutely amazing! She made my tour enjoyable answered all of my questions and made the application process quick and stress-free. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. Her excellent customer service made all the difference I highly recommend working with Averil if you’re looking for a new apartment

  Unfortunately, I had to rate my experience low. I came in for a scheduled tour with Averil after hearing great things about these apartments from a coworker who lives there, as well as several other coworkers who highly recommended the community. When I arrived a little early, Averil greeted me warmly, but from there the experience fell short. Throughout the tour, I felt like I was showing myself around rather than being guided. I even mentioned the coworker who referred me, and after that, it seemed like the interaction became less engaging. As someone who was seriously apartment hunting, I was hoping for a leasing consultant who was enthusiastic about the property and proactive in highlighting its amenities and features. Instead, I found myself having to ask whether certain amenities were available rather than having them presented during the tour. Ultimately, I decided to lease elsewhere because the tour didn't leave me feeling welcomed or excited about making this community my home. I hope future prospective residents receive a more engaging and informative experience, as the property itself seems nice and came highly recommended by someone I trusted.
