  Okay I tried not to send a review but since my maintenance request was canceled I figured I'll get someone attention this way and all of a sudden im not able to make any maintenance request. I emailed and also sent photos about tenants dumping grease, this has caused grease stain on my windows, building, and grounds.

  AWFUL experience living here. When we first moved in our mailbox keyhole was damaged by someone trying to break into it. I went back and forth with the office for a whole month to have it fixed, which they kept avoiding. Now after moving out we have an unexpected fee of $120 that was for our “last utility bill” even though we paid a utilities bill right after we signed the move-out agreement, also water and sewer has never been over $60 for us?? They never sent a single notice for it or contacted us whatsoever that there was a charge on our account. They locked our residents account after moving out so there was no way for us to pay it. Then proceeded to send our account to collections without any notice. Now I have a collections account after repeatedly calling the office to get an explanation of why we never received ANY notice! Awful management would not recommend.

  To start with this location has Incredibly helpful and accommodating staff. The grounds are very well maintained and in a pretty convenient location to most all of North Macon locations, all of the amenities/appliances provided with the apartments are modern and well maintained, and even considering the close proximity to the interstate there was very little road noise on the property. Overall we were extremely happy with our experience at this location and our interactions with Alex in the leasing office!
