Unfortunately, what you don't realize until after moving in is that the gate is left open 24/7, allowing anyone to enter the property. There have been multiple vehicle thefts and police reports related to security issues, yet management takes no responsibility. The amenities are no better. The pool gate does not work, so anyone can access the pool. The gym is frequently unlocked, and its access gate is also broken. As a result, people who do not live here regularly use amenities that residents are paying for. If security and controlled access are important to you, be aware that the reality here is very different from what is advertised.
