- JPJaurice PaulJun 12, 20261.0Many people move here because of the supposed security, gated access, and amenities. Unfortunately, what you don't realize until after moving in is that the gate is left open 24/7, allowing anyone to enter the property. There have been multiple vehicle thefts and police reports related to security issues, yet management takes no responsibility. The amenities are no better. The pool gate does not work, so anyone can access the pool. The gym is frequently unlocked, and its access gate is also broken. As a result, people who do not live here regularly use amenities that residents are paying for. If security and controlled access are important to you, be aware that the reality here is very different from what is advertised.
- BBBiancaJun 5, 20265.0Michaela did an amazing job she answered all my questions gave me a great walk through, kept me updated on all the progress and new things to come to Mill Creek in the future ,very beautiful community the apartments are amazing there a great staff ,very attentive I know if I was to move here I wouldn’t have nothing to worry about at all their a gated community they put there residents first safety which is awesome and Katie was sweet as well ,the apartments have a beautiful layout

Maintenance is VERY fast and have fixed EVERYTHING in less than an hour for us (ac unit, ice machine, and questions). The office has an espresso machine, waters, pool-table, computers, printers, and a tv/comfy sitting area. The employees really make living here great with their energetic and friendly personalities while keeping it professional, they’re a big reason we decided to move here. It’s clean and people pick-up after their dogs!! There’s an actual community here as well thanks to the office staff hosting events like trunk-or-treat, waffle day, movie pool parties, Easter egg hunt, and bingo with some GREAT prizes. I HIGHLY recommend this place and they couldnt pay me to tell people how great it is to live here. Thank you!!
