  I have growing concerns about communication, apartment-entry procedures, and resident safety at Carriage Hills. One of my main concerns is pest-control scheduling. Buildings J, K, L, M, and N have received pest-control visits twice, while Building A has not received the same service. That inconsistency is concerning, especially when residents are often given only one day’s notice before a possible visit or entry into their apartment. Another issue is that if management, maintenance, or pest control enters your apartment, there is no clear confirmation afterward. No notice is left on the door or inside the apartment stating that someone entered, when they entered, or what service was performed. Residents should not have to wonder whether someone has been inside their home. I also reported an incident involving an aggressive pit bull whose owner did not have the dog on a leash. I called because I was genuinely concerned about safety, but I never received any follow-up regarding the matter. Taken together, these issues raise concerns about consistency, communication, privacy, accountability, and resident safety. I believe all buildings should receive the same level of service, residents should receive adequate notice before entry, and some form of documentation should be left when an apartment has been entered. Safety complaints should also receive appropriate follow-up. I hope management understand and take tenant's concerns seriously and improves its procedures moving forward.

  Live here currently and just renewed my lease for 3 rd yr. It’s peaceful not a lot of noise. Rental office always answers phones during office hrs. Anytime there is a complaint, they are quick to address it. Units are a great size. I am in a 3 bedroom 2 full bath and the unit is large and spacious. Parking situation could be better but the property management has tried to address guess parking to accommodate tenants. Since then, parking has got better. It’s a decent place to live and rents are reasonable. I love it here and it’s comfortable. Not much to complain about. Had an issue with someone going in through my car once, but I failed to lock my car by accident. Property management was aware and warned of the concern. Other than that, neighbors are nice, noise is minimal, management is nice, units are sizable, price is affordable, and location is great! What more could you ask for?

  WORST APARTMENTS IN MACON! NO WHERE TO PARK, DONT FIX ANYTHING, HALF DO THINGS, AND OVER CROWED!
