  The consistent communication and professionalism from Adrian on Riverside is an enormous breath of fresh air compared to the complex I moved from. I've only lived here for a few weeks, but so far it has been a 10/10 experience.

  Came for a visit and the grounds are beautiful. The pool is very well maintained and the office staff were very accommodating. They answered all my questions and gave me a lot of information I didn't even expect.

  When I first moved in, there were several issues. Appliances were not updated, smoke alarms went off for several days before anyone came to fix them, and my water heater leaked into my laundry room floor three times within the first month. Take pictures and videos of every cabinet, tub, and closet when you first move in. Even though there was more than normal wear and tear when I first moved in, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and did not write down every tiny thing I saw. They then charged me when I moved out. So document. Go see the apartment you will be in before you hire movers to bring all your stuff in. Also be aware that utilities are not only for unit, but for all shared spaces. You really have to stay on top of and watch this company because you will be charged, even when you shouldn't be. Additionally, the complex was extremely loud at times- noise from upstairs neighbors (no insulation between floors), loud music, and yelling. There is no courtesy officer on site, so have to call local if it gets bad enough (which I never did, although the front office said it was my only recourse. I thought this was an irresponsible suggestion).
