  I recently decided to renew my lease, and a big reason for that is the amazing leasing office and maintenance team. Throughout my time here, they’ve always been responsive, supportive, and genuinely cared about making this a great place to live. Whenever I submitted a maintenance request, it was handled incredibly quickly sometimes even the same day. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the community in great condition. One thing that really stood out to me was how proactive they are. For example, our dog park originally only had one dog waste trash can. They noticed the need and added several more without residents having to push for it, making the space much cleaner and more enjoyable for everyone. It’s small improvements like these that show they truly listen to their residents and are always looking for ways to make the community better. I’m very grateful for all of their hard work and support. Great management and reliable maintenance make such a difference, and I’m happy to be staying for another lease term. Thank you to the entire team!

  Generally a good quiet community. However, within the last few months there has been constant pool parties almost everyday. There are too many people at the pool at once and I’m sure there’s a policy of how many people can accompany tenants at the pool. There’s constant loud music filled with profanity during these parties. It’s hard to relax at home because it’s so loud with children running around unattended. It’s like a zoo everyday. Please put some rules in place and have the pool monitored. I would hate for this to ruin this good community…

  These apartments is a beautiful place to live. The quietness of the neighbors, the beautication of the browns along with the attentive customer care of the entire staff makes this a great place to live. Then the neighborhood convenience for needs an wants is the cherry on top.

  I just want to say that applying with The Millery was a great decision! Bri, Christina, and Jessica went out of their way to ensure that I would be able to move in as soon as possible. I can be very worrisome and never once was I treated like a nuisance. The level of compassion and hospitality blew me away, as that is hard to find today. Moving can be highly stressful but with The Millery Apartments, you can rest assured that you are in good hands. I absolutely love my new apartment home!!

  For 1 they take forever to give you your deposit back I've been waiting 3 months for my deposit back but the neighborhood is nice I guess
