  This was the worst experience I've ever had. The builder has an inside lender NVR Inc which on the day before closing messed up the deal by providing false information. I lost big time. Do your home work because they made this a headache for 8 months

  The homebuilding experience is one of the most humbling experiences you will ever experience in your life and I want to highlight the white-glove service provided to me and my family by Mia Haynes. After surviving my 8th or 9th (I lost count) hurricane in Florida, I decided to sell my house, uproot, and relocate to Georgia and I could not have made it through the process without the personalized care and support of Mia Haynes. It was immediately evident to me upon meeting Mia that she was more than a salesperson and truly wanted to ensure that I was happy with my home. She was extremely responsive to my calls and understood how emotionally charged buyers can become during the build. She made great recommendations to the design of the home and demonstrated expert-level skill in researching and problem-solving my expressed concerns. This being my 2nd new home build, I entered into the process armed with vigilance and mentally prepared to spend the next 4-6 months of my life in heavy project management mode, but those energies slowly dissipated as Mia personally introduced to me (1X1)the team of expertly-skilled professionals (Patrice-PM, Uby-PM, Kevion-Loan Originator, Sharon-Loan Processor) that would see the build and my financing through to the end. Even after her portion of the project concluded, Mia never left my side or the conversation. She remained a safe place for me to vent and anticipated my needs, questions, and concerns. I was routinely provided project updates and pictures, clear explanations of what's next, and given multiple opportunities to provide feedback via surveys. The level of care and check-ins was truly unexpected, greatly appreciated, and contributed to the experience being one that I will hold dear to my heart forever. I also want to highlight the flexibility of the team in accomodating my family's spiritual and cultural beliefs and creating opportunities for us to pray over the land prior to the build and write scriptures on our studs. Again, this is something they did not have to do. It was not a part of their project plan, but they knew that it mattered to us. This level of care is what made the experience personal and so much more than just a sale. It was truly about providing me a new home. Chef's Kiss!!!

  Our house is still under construction phase. It was Chris Carter who referred this Edinburg community to us . He is a great guy with customer centric attitude . Janeisha Fields was the sales representative who guided us through the whole process in buying our dream home .She never hesitated to answer any questions we had . She is extremely friendly and professional!!! Words don’t describe how happy we are with our new home purchase me and my wife are so excited to move to this community !!Project manager Mehrtash and production supervisor Sarah are other two wonderful people who are working hard to build our new house as per our needs and posted us the updates in a timely manner !!! I personally thank Chris , Janeisha for making this happen !! God bless !! East or West Ryan homes is the best !!

  So I am in the process of purchasing my forever home and I must say the experience so far had been amazing. This is the 2nd home we've built, but the experience here supercede my expectations. It's an amazing experience getting to customize our home, speak with all the key players who is making it possible, getting the approval early on in the process and not have to worry about it down the line. Being able to just be apart of the total experience. Everyone is attentive and responds to all questions with detail to make it much easier to understand what is taking place at the moment. I must say I am impressed so far.
