We had the pleasure of working with Ofelia Franc and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From our very first meeting, she exuded warmth and professionalism, making the entire home-buying inquiring process feel seamless and enjoyable. Mrs Franc took the time to understand our needs and preferences, providing personalized guidance every step of the way of showing us homes that may fit our liking. Her extensive knowledge of the market and attention to detail were evident, as she helped us find areas within the Locust Grove community to aid us in our search that exceeded our expectations. Communication was always prompt and clear, and I felt supported throughout the process. It's rare to find someone who combines such expertise with genuine care for their clients. Ofelia was incredibly professional, kind and knowledgable. What stood out the most was Ofelia's patience and willingness to answer all my questions—no matter how small—making the whole experience less stressful and more enjoyable. The community itself is peaceful, with wide streets, beautiful landscaping, and well-maintained common areas. It’s clear a lot of thought went into creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. If you're looking for a gem, visit this community, and ask for Ofelia!!! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!! Super grateful for this experience with her!
