- CRCynthia RobertsMay 24, 20221.0First and foremost staff member Sharon was the most unprofessional, unpleasant, non verbal people skilled person I had ever met. She greeted me with her hand as a "stop sign" (saying : we don't have no more) then after deciding to take my app, gave me the run around and made me jump through 36 hoops as if she kept losing my file, before letting me know ( after 6 months (September - March) "well we're going to go on and deny your application" reason: your paperwork came from office Depot and not my job. Terrible accusation and insulting lie. I WATCHED my boss email my proof of employment to her and he sent 3 copies. I was standing RIGHT there,!! Sharon had a NASTY disposition, and was very fake nice. As long as she works in that office, I'd never recommend those apartments to ANYONE! Her people customer service skills were awful. And She handled my file VERY SLOPPY. Richard was kind & caring. But for some reason my file kept disappearing from his desk reverting back to Sharon's desk. She purposely sabbatoged my business. Never heard back from corporate.
