  I must say the staff at the retreat are extremely exceptional! I want to say a big thank you to Miss Myra great gob assisting me with my lease renewal. She was patient and walk me through the steps. Her customer service was excellent. Im leaving feeling very satisfied.

  Went to take a scheduled tour today and the lady, Ms. Myra, was in the middle of eating her lunch. So when I walked in, she said, oh I just sat down to eat. She then proceeded to show me pictures online of units hoping that would be enough. Once I finally asked to take my scheduled tour of the property, she began giving me so many excuses - oh my system is down to see which properties were available. We're short maintenance staff so I'm not sure we have any ready. I then caught the hint, told her that I'd seen enough. I knew that I would never be back there. That let me know how they'd handle me if I had chosen that as a place to live for a year.

  I’m so happy with my new apartment and the entire experience from start to finish! The staff has been absolutely excellent—friendly, professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. Myra especially made the move-in process quick, easy, and stress-free. She was so helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service, and I truly appreciate the entire team for making me feel welcome in my new home. Highly recommend!

  I LOVE my place of residence!!! Starting from the staff, to the comfort of living there!!! I’ve been living here for almost 3 years. I don’t know how long the management and staff that’s there currently will be there but it has been one of the BEST experiences I’ve had in leasing an apartment. Jamie, Ms Joy, and Ms Myra are phenomenal and the maintenance staff are as well and VERY prompt and professional. They do quality work and perform it so effortlessly. I’m a picky person about where I lay my head and wouldn’t offer a lie anyway. I highly recommend this place.
