  I recently moved into Retreat at Stonecrest, and Valerie Cameron made the entire move-in process such a great experience. She was professional, friendly, responsive, and always willing to help whenever I had a question. She took the time to explain my account balance, helped me with my mailbox key, and was quick to assist whenever I reached out. Her communication and customer service made the transition into my new apartment smooth and stress-free. I'm really enjoying my new home, and I truly appreciate everything Valerie has done. Thank you, Valerie, for going above and beyond!

  These Roaches run and hide in my walls , all by my front door soon u open my door they running in my home , so many in the kitchen hiding in the creeks of my floors .& In the bathroom on my ceiling In small holes of the ceiling roaches just chilling. So many roaches behind my stove that they ate my stove cord out and had to be replaced. My washing room boiler has so many roaches, they live in that room . If I knew, I had this many roaches in my unit i would not moved here. We pay 49$ a month for pest control. Which you have to put in a work order for them to come out . I put in work orders they still dont come ! They lie & say they do! I waited all day every Friday for someone to come just for someone to not come. Out of 4 months i lived here i paid 49$ per month for pest control and only received it 2 times !!!!!!!!!! Ridiculous and i had to keep asking them first 2 times!! This place has alooooooot of roaches they dont tell you either !!! Do better im very disappointed ! Waiting for management to get back to me !

  My experience today was one for the books. This is my second time moving to an apt complex in life. I was skeptical and scared because of a past experience. Mrs Myra & Mrs Val hands down made this experience worth my time and wait. From the first phone call we became friends. After the first meet, we were Family. Thank you both for your time, communication and assistance with this big move in my Life!!!! Sincerely Tristan (new tenant)🫶🏾
