  Thank you so much Adrienne for your patience and dedication. My leasing and move-in experience was smooth from beginning to end! Adrienne was friendly, professional, and always willing to answer my questions. She & the other staff members made the application process easy and kept me informed every step of the way.

  Mrs Adrien was very nice from day one she help me at work and off work with any questions she is the best I love the apartment everything clean and neighbor is very quiet during the day and night if you ever move to creekside see her she will make sure she get in

  I had a situation with my storage unit which a mistake was made, it made me so sad that I was contemplating moving because I felt like no one cared about the mistake, so when I recently had a couple of issues in my apartment to go wrong I want to thank the staff Miss Jeanette, Miss Jade, and maintenance guy Mr Nicholas, fixed my issues in a very fast timely manner, and after living here for over a decade I've decided to continue to make Creekside Corners my home, and again thanks to the staff and that you do care about your tenants😊D.W.

  This is by far the worse place to try and get stuff done. I should've wrote this review a month ago but I was trying to give management a little undeserving grace. My a c keeps going out and I guess they think it's a joke because this patchwork they doing is really a joke. Nobody seems to know what they are doing even that the cocky maintenance supervisor and I use the word "supervisor" lightly. Let me give you a backstory - yall grab a seat. I put a work in early mid to late April about my ac here it is late June and I am still having issues. I went into the office soon after the issue started to discuss the issue with the property manager Janette ( i am coming back to her) while she and I having an intense conversation about the problem the "supervisor" jumps in and goes back and forth with me like he knows me personally off the street. What man argues with a female like that in a work setting. Soon after he shows up at my apartment with re-enforcement( another maint person ) with an attitude to act as he's doing something leaves out and later another person brings me a portable unit. Fast forward a few weeks of back and forth they finally get me up and running so I thought. A C goes out again. I put in a work order 2 or 3 days goes by no one shows. I call the office and I ask or the manager Janette I was told she on property so I ask what is the assist manager name is and I am told it's Jay. So I ask to speak to Jay and I am told she is on property too. This same scene goes on for a few days so me thinking I am getting the run around I go to the office and I am again told to they are both on property. So now I am confused because if the manager and the assist manager is always on property who doing manager work because anytime you call or go to the office they are not there. And that's so unprofessional - who running the place. The breezeways dirty. trash in tree lines and bushes. Now back to Janette- I finally catch her in the office excuse me getting on the golf cart with Jay and she feeds me bs like she knows nothing about my issues which on second thought may not be bs because she's never in the office. She then tell Jay to get with Al "supervisor" to check my issue- Now remember this is the 2nd time I had an issue- Guess Jay didn't do her job because it took another week before anyone came out. Now let me tell you why they can't fix nothing because anytime you see the manager, the assist manager , the supervisor and I am assuming the other guy is a tech because he always with the supervisor. They are always joyriding on the golfcart. Two on each cart like teenagers double dating. My neighbors are saying the same thing for less minor issues. This is ridiculous. Nic finally got me up and going and so far so good. I have no faith in those with manager in their names here.

  I recently moved in and I love my place. My experience with Adrienne was phenomenal. She was kind and helpful and full of laughter. I love her energy. She is a must have. She made the process easy. Honestly she’s the reason I chose Creekside Corners. I also met a maintenance man name Nick and he has been very helpful and pleasant whenever I talk to him. The company got a winner with these two.
