  I just recently moved here and I’ve had a truly great experience so far living at this property, and a huge part of that comes from the incredible management and maintenance teams. Everyone is consistently friendly, approachable, and professional, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the overall community experience. A special thank you to Jeannette, the Property Manager, for her outstanding customer service and communication. She is always responsive, thoughtful, and proactive with follow-up, which makes a huge difference. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm and welcoming attitude, and Jeannette does exactly that. The maintenance team also deserves recognition for their promptness, professionalism, and positive attitude. Requests are handled efficiently, and every interaction has been courteous and respectful. Overall, this property stands out because of the people who run it. Their attention to detail, care for residents, and commitment to excellent service make this a wonderful place to call home.

  I can’t say enough about the tour I just took at Creekside. The Manager was super sweet and was welcoming to me the moment I walked in. The apartment she took me too was AMAZING! I went to 3 other properties before I got there and no one would or had anything to see. I’m happy I went there. Application will definitely be done today

  It’s been very peaceful and homey. The leasing staff has always been responsive and assist in the most professional manner. 5 stars for sure.

  I moved in recently and I love my place but what I love most is my leasing agent Adrienne. She was God sent to me. She helped me with everything from doing the lease to setting up accounts. She even reached out to me after I moved in. Her patients and dedication has to be commended and her personality had me laughing which made me even more comfortable with her and moving here As long as she is here I am here

  I just wanted to make sure that I gave a huge shoutout to my leasing agent Adrienne who graciously moved me in here last week. I really enjoyed working with her and I love my apartment! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. My apartment is clean, spacious, and beautifully upgraded! Adrienne was highly professional and definitely delivered on everything that she said that she was gonna do. Al the Maintenance Service Manager here is quick and very responsive when you need something. Also the Assistant Property Manager Jacquette aka Jay is a very lovely person as well. She is very down to earth and approachable. This is a nice, secure gated community where management actually cares and somewhere you can definitely call home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY. This is definitely a well kept gem in Stonecrest!
