  Been in this apartment for about a year and i have to say Jay Walker is literally sent from heaven , i am more the gracious for her and her kindness while my family and I had to deal with some unfortunate things . Love love love here ❤️. She is attentive, active and just all around a great person . Thank you again .

  We moved into Creekside Corners Apartment Homes in early June, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded every expectation we had — almost entirely because of the staff here. From our very first interaction during our apartment tour, Jay Walker, the Assistant Community Manager, set the tone. Jay's professionalism and genuinely inviting energy made what is usually a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. Every question was answered patiently, every detail was handled before we had to ask, and our apartment was truly move-in ready on day one — spotless, prepared, and waiting for us. That kind of care is rare, and it made the difference between simply moving into a unit and actually feeling welcomed home. Even at 3 months later, Jay's energy and commitment still shines without fail. Jay, thank you. We are so grateful. Jeannette, the Property Manager, deserves the same recognition. Her customer service and communication are outstanding — responsive, thoughtful, and proactive with follow-up every single time. She combines real professionalism with genuine warmth, which is not an easy balance to strike. The maintenance team is equally impressive. We have interacted with AL, Nick, and Shamere from the maintenance team, and are so impressed with their professionalism. Requests are handled promptly and efficiently, and every interaction with their team has been courteous, respectful, and positive. I'll also add this, because it matters: the property looks exactly like the photos online. It's clean, well kept, and clearly well cared for. Showing up to a place that lives up to how it's represented is a wonderful first impression, and it's held true ever since. This community stands out because of the people who run it. Their attention to detail, their care for residents, and their commitment to excellent service make Creekside Corners a truly wonderful place to call home. Thank you all.

  I loveddddd Ms. Adrienne DOWN, everything i was looking for in the apartment she was able to help me find it , she responded with quickness and was able to answer any questions I had... and I had a lot ! she also took the time out to get me the best bang for my buck !

  Adrienne in the office made my move in so special. I am forever grateful for her kindness and assistance in my move. Anytime I had a question or presented her with a challenge she was more than happy to help. Now for a few cons, sometimes the pool access is tricky despite the pool being open. You use an app to open any gate and sometimes the locks are not working in tandem with the application. Residents are my main point of contention at this time. 1. They treat the trash like a landfill. Meaning instead of walking the trash over to throw it into the trash container they'd rather just dump it on the side or down the sidewalk. Mind you as tenat we also pay for valet trash. This is so concerning as this could lead to the spread of rodents and disease, Which means there should be no excuse to dump trash outside of the big trash container. Residents also dump ton of furniture items and hazardous things without caring. I'm slowing losing faith in humanity. The office and grounds team does a good job of trying to stay on top of this but it's really just crazy that grown people are littering so heavily where they live and eat. 2. Dogs on decks all hours of the day. Only to be let out to urinate and poop on the deck.Bark all hours of the day, not be taken out for a walk by the owner. Peeing and pooping on the deck is crazy work. Why are we treating decks like a "free for all" backyard for animals. This should not be allowed as its highly unsanitary for the people below the deck. Overall Adrienne was the highlight of my experience. She was AMAZING! She made sure my place was super clean and that counters and carpet were brand new. Maintenance has also been a good experience for me. Unfortunately my unit has a few key things that were overlooked in getting it ready to move in. However maintenance said that he would work with his boss to get those fixed. So hoping this gets done soon. Otherwise I rate my experience thus far a 7/10. Quiet, mostly clean property (despite resident dumping) and solid amenities.
