  Extremely poor experience. The property was poorly maintained, the leasing office was unhelpful, and management was difficult to deal with. Cleanliness issues and unexpected charges made this a place I would not recommend share and Brandon is the worst staff

  NGL My experience with this apartment complex was extremely frustrating due to misleading pricing, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior from management. I originally applied for a 2-bedroom unit that was advertised in the range of $950–$1100. During the approval process, I was given a different number and told I wouldn’t have to pay a security deposit until move-in. Shortly after, I received an email asking if I still wanted the unit because “market rates were going up.” After confirming that I did, my rent suddenly increased to around $1,400. I was also given multiple different move-in dates by different staff members. Each time I was told a date, I planned accordingly, only to be told something different later. When the unit was finally said to be “ready,” it still was not actually ready. When it came time to pay, I was told utilities would be added before anything else, bringing my total to around $1,600. The entire time, I believed I was paying utilities correctly, only to later be told I had a remaining balance. In December, I was unexpectedly told I owed around $2,000 due to charges that were never clearly communicated beforehand. When I tried to get clarification, the leasing office was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of properly explaining the situation, I was told they were not going to continue discussing past issues or break things down further. As a tenant, that level of communication is unacceptable—especially when it involves billing and balances. I was also told at one point that no paperwork would be sent to the court, but later returned home to find a court-related notice on my door. That added even more stress and confusion to an already difficult situation. Overall, this experience showed a complete lack of transparency, accountability, and professionalism. Management needs to understand that they are dealing with people’s money and living situations, and clear, honest communication is the bare minimum. 0/10 – would not recommend.

  Upfront staff Brandon is great and Ms.Sharon I had no problems in my unit I been here for 9 months now..They have events which I didn’t expect so that’s was a plus!

  I like the staff , The community is quite an ducked off the only thing I wish is for the gym to be done soon!
