Everything Victoria T. said (5 days before this) is absolutely spot on, but there are a few things I'd add. 1.The entrance gates rarely work properly. Access cards randomly stop working & there's always a reason why they supposedly can't be reactivated or the code doesn'twork, so there are times when you're simply locked out of the property. 2. Rules are not consistently enforced. Dogs/animals are frequently off leashes, so don't be surprised if you're chased or approached by one. Noise is common at all hours of the day and night... kids screaming, dogs barking, fights, and people just hanging out in the parking lot with loud music and parties that can continue until 2:00 a.m or later. The grounds also have dog waste scattered throughout, which doesn't make for the cleanest environment and adds funkiness. 3. If you're looking for a strong sense of community, there are very few resident events. The office staff has never been rude to me personally, but they don't really seem to put much effort into resolving concerns or helping beyond the basics. I will say the property has potential, but it doesn't seem to be improving. Unfortunately, it often feels like management doesn't prioritize this community the way they should. You know how it is with a certain demographic. 4. Maintenance usually responds quickly, but many repairs are just temporary fixes rather than actually permanent solutions. Other than that, on the positive side, the 2 bedroom floor plans have a great layout. I don't use the valet trash service, so I can't comment much on that. But I do frequently clean up behind them because they leave debris on the ground. The pool appears to be nice, but the car wash has not operated since I've been here. The gym is usable, but I'd give it a C-. PS I lived here for 3 months before I knew it was a gym because no one showed me around the property when I did the "tour". Just handed me keys and told me where the model unit was. 5. Parking is another issue. People park however they want. (on sidewalks, across multiple spaces, or just in the middle of the street) and there doesn't seem to be any enforcement. Overall, it often feels like you can do just about anything here as long as your rent is paid on time. So, would I recommend living here? Yes, but with caution. There are some good qualities but there are also enough ongoing issues that prospective residents should know what they're getting into.

For the price, this apartment complex is simply not worth it. Paying around $1,600 a month for a two-bedroom apartment should come with basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and access to amenities, but that has not been my experience for the past 2 years. Residents rarely have access to the advertised amenities because they are constantly closed for repairs. We are also required to pay for pest control, yet the only way to receive the service is to physically go into the leasing office each week to request it, which is extremely inconvenient. Another ongoing issue is mold. Despite following the recommended cleaning and prevention steps, mold continues to return. The hallways and stairwells are also consistently dirty and poorly maintained, which reflects a lack of care for the property. Perhaps the biggest inconvenience is that USPS does not deliver mail to this apartment complex. Residents are forced to pick up all of their mail at the local post office, adding another unnecessary burden. For the amount of rent being charged, residents deserve a clean, well-maintained property with functioning amenities and reliable services. Unfortunately, this community falls far short of those expectations. I would not recommend living here unless significant improvements are made.
