  Absolutely the worse apartment to live in, I lived there for a while and roaches was my best friend, I eat sleep and shower with roaches. I even found a roach in my then 3 months old baby’s mouth!!!!! Management did nothing to address the issue, pest control hardly ever showed up and they didn’t even need to because it’s was beyond their expertise. The building is infested and I wouldn’t recommend that place to my worse enemy because nobody should be paying rent to be living like that. Roach was in the refrigerator 🤣🤣🤣🤣 frozen in the ice cubes!!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPLEX…STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! Wish I could take that 1 star away, roach shit was everywhere!!!!!

  My AC when out on a Friday of last week. Left emergency voicemail on Saturday and Sunday. Talk to Mr. Jones on Monday he said he had to order a Ac unit. Mr. Jones saying to give him on more day. The next day it was fix. Mr. Jones is the new head of maintenance.. He kept his word. We are more than satisfied with this experience with him..

  Moved OUT last year. Roaches every where, crime out of this world, gate always broken, $1300 rent will end up being around $1600++ with fees. Would not recommend. Unsafe. Police will not save you during an emergency.

  Not exactly sure how this apartment complex has a 4/5 rating lol. I’ve lived here for less than a year, and my experience has been nothing but negative. One of my vehicles was stolen from the property at 2 AM. A couple of months later, I got another vehicle just for my window to be busted less than a week after having it. The lack of security and response from management has been extremely disappointing. My accommodation was two free garages because we do have two vehicles. However, I only accepted one garage, and even that was an issue. The remote didn’t work, the garage could literally be lifted open by hand, and there were already someone else’s belongings inside. Nobody in the leasing office seems to know what they’re doing. It feels like they’re just there rather than actually helping residents or taking responsibility when issues come up. Overall, my experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend this apartment community based on what I’ve experienced.
