  I took a tour with Devin today. He was very helpful in showing me options in all areas I had focus in. Devin was soft spoken and very knowledgeable about the complex. I look forward to applying and living at Belle Vista!

  Visit Belle Vista Apartments last week with my sister to inquire about a 3 bdrm apartment. Shakita was very helpful. She was patient and very helpful. My sister had a lot of questions as this would be her first apartment after her divorce but Shakita answered all of her questions honestly and was very professional at all times.

  Shakita Renwick the property manager was amazing with assisting a potential client. She was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend her as a referral for any one looking for rental assistance.
