  POOR MANAGEMENT AND UNSAFE LIVING CONDITIONS The worst renting experience of my life. The office staff acts actively hostile toward residents who walk in asking for standard repairs. The entire complex is severely neglected—appliances fail constantly, maintenance requests sit untouched for over a month, and staff members literally laugh off tenant concerns. Save your health, money, and sanity: do not sign a lease with these people

  Don't be fooled by the decent online photos. The management team here operates with complete indifference and total hostility toward current residents. They act like they’re doing you a massive favor just by doing their actual jobs. Every basic request turns into an argument. It’s an incredibly toxic environment run by incompetent staff.

  Maintained like a slum. Constant plumbing issues, broken gate controls, non-functional common area amenities, and maintenance crews that only fix things with quick visual bandaids that break again two days later. Management refuses to invest a single dime into fixing underlying problems. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

  Living here has been an exercise in frustration. The office staff gives you standard script answers like "we're working on it" or "someone will be over today," but nobody ever shows up. They do not value your time, money, or comfort. The communication is dead zero, and their refusal to respond to urgent resident concerns is appalling.

  This is the worst place that I’ve ever rented before. The leasing office/property management company has changed several times in the last year. The current management team members, some have an attitude problem for no reason at all. I lived here for 1 year. Worst experience of my life. When I first moved in, the kitchen sink was leaking to the point that the water was just running out of the bottom, eventually creating black mold. There was leaks to and from different units. The window was cracked, the flooring was coming up real bad, the dishwasher broke, there was black mold in different places, holes in areas of the apartment, the paint in the bathroom was chipping. That was all within the first few months of living there.There was holes in the walls, the mirror in my kids room was hanging off of the edges and they didn’t remove the doors until they almost fell off the henges onto my toddlers. Nothing in the apartment was ever fixed. Ever. Actually, the maintenance man use to tell us that he can only fix the sinks & locks. Everything else has to be outsourced. & because they changed management so much, nothing ever got fixed because they do not communicate with the new staff that’s there. I do not recommend. People was moving out at such fast rates that they dropped the prices of the apartments. I’ve found better prices & BETTER UNITS. With an amazing leasing staff. Living here was the most miserable experience.
