  Rating: (1 out of 5 Stars)🥀 ​Title: Misleading listings, severe cleanliness issues, and unacceptable conditions. ​Let me start by saying that our tour guide, Brittany, was absolute perfection—she was sweet, professional, and handled the tour with grace. Unfortunately, she cannot make up for the appalling state of the property itself. ​To think that management feels this development meets any acceptable living standard is an absolute disgrace. Before even seeing the unit, while waiting for our agent, we spoke with a long-term resident outside the leasing office. She candidly shared that safety, break-ins, and rodents have historically been concerns, and while safety has reportedly improved, current tenants are still dealing with active bed bugs and roach infestations. ​As we approached our assigned unit, the outdoor staircases and landings were so filthy and unappealing that I immediately knew I wouldn't be pleased with the inside. Upon entry, the model hit us with an immediate, overwhelming smell of cigarettes and marijuana. ​Inside the apartment, things only got worse: ​Ceilings: Dark water stains signaling unaddressed water damage. ​Cleanliness & Pests: Dead rodents tucked into the corners of the bedroom and a shabby, careless paint job. ​"Upgrades": Management calls these units renovated because of a granite countertop, but it features an ancient electric stove with exposed coil burners on top. Nothing about this unit reflects an actual modern or quality upgrade. ​It feels like an AI put the online apartment listing together because it is not beautiful at all. Do yourself a favor and talk to current residents before touring—you will see a completely different reality than what is advertised online.

  I thought about applying to this property and decided to drive thru at night it was trash from thr front to the back literally trash everywhere. Also kids were out around 9 pl playing which isn’t a cause for concern but when they are chasing each other with a gun yeah it’s a HELL NO

  I was supposed to move in today No One From The Rent Office Did A Walk Through (The Lady With The braids has a smart mouth) THIS THE UNIT FROM HELL roaches in fridge , all the blinds broke carpet not clean , stove broke lights messed up closet doors on the floor I Never Seen This Unit Until Today The Tax Credit unit are not treat like the market BEWARE ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

  Malik made the application process a breeze. He was very efficient and proactive which made the approval process quick and easy. He also took the time to listen to my location preferences and find the unit that would work best for me. I’m looking forward to my move in.
