  Oh how happy my wife and I are for joining The Wren community! We toured a few spots but as soon as we stepped foot here, we fell in love! Our Leasing Agent was Thomas and he is fantastic (we might as well be kin now after all the amazing things he did for us haha)!!! Can’t thank Thomas enough for all of his help during the application and move-in process. Between our space and the amenities we have access to, we can’t get enough. We are only 5 days in and my family is so excited to be here!

  We absolutely love living here! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. I especially want to recognize Thomas and Katie for going above and beyond to help us resolve an issue we were experiencing. They were incredibly kind, professional, compassionate, and responsive throughout the entire process. They took the time to listen to our concerns, kept us informed, and made sure everything was handled with care. It’s so refreshing to have a management team that genuinely cares about its residents. Their dedication and excellent customer service made a stressful situation so much easier, and we’re incredibly grateful. We couldn’t be happier to call this place home. Thank you, Thomas and Katie, for everything you do—you truly make a difference!

  The apartment complex itself is beautiful, and I have genuinely enjoyed living here. Unfortunately, my experience has been overshadowed by one major issue: a persistent sewer gas smell in my apartment. I’m not sure whether it’s a problem with my unit or the building itself, but The Wren has done nothing to resolve it. They have told me that HVAC and plumbing have investigated the issue, but I have never seen anyone from either department enter my apartment to specifically inspect the source of the odor. The smell occurs almost every day and often lingers for hours, making it difficult to enjoy being at home. I have expressed that the smell has made me feel sick, but instead of providing a real solution, I have received email responses that feel generic and dismissive. I was essentially told that the odor is “intermittent” and to live with it, despite it being a recurring issue. To make matters more frustrating, I know the same problem affected the leasing manager when she lived in Building 3000, but she was able to transfer to another unit. I have not been offered any meaningful solution and have had to spend my own money trying to mask the odor. If you’re considering moving here, I would strongly recommend avoiding Building 3000. Based on my experience, you may end up dealing with a constant sewer gas smell, and management has shown little urgency in identifying or fixing the problem.
