  The apartment complex itself is beautiful, and I have genuinely enjoyed living here. Unfortunately, my experience has been overshadowed by one major issue: a persistent sewer gas smell in my apartment. I’m not sure whether it’s a problem with my unit or the building itself, but The Wren has done nothing to resolve it. They have told me that HVAC and plumbing have investigated the issue, but I have never seen anyone from either department enter my apartment to specifically inspect the source of the odor. The smell occurs almost every day and often lingers for hours, making it difficult to enjoy being at home. I have expressed that the smell has made me feel sick, but instead of providing a real solution, I have received email responses that feel generic and dismissive. I was essentially told that the odor is “intermittent” and to live with it, despite it being a recurring issue. To make matters more frustrating, I know the same problem affected the leasing manager when she lived in Building 3000, but she was able to transfer to another unit. I have not been offered any meaningful solution and have had to spend my own money trying to mask the odor. If you’re considering moving here, I would strongly recommend avoiding Building 3000. Based on my experience, you may end up dealing with a constant sewer gas smell, and management has shown little urgency in identifying or fixing the problem.

  I have never lived in Lawrenceville, but I had to move for work for an easier commute. Once I viewed this property I was immediately greeted with love and support, Melissa was very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining every detail and showing me units within my budget. I was nervous about moving anywhere in Lawrenceville as I was coming from Macon Ga. So being in a new area was challenging but so worth it. I love my new home and if anything arises the team is very responsive. Im glad GOD led me here, couldn’t have chosen a better place!

  I really enjoyed my time today touring the Wren! Melissa was very welcoming and knowledgeable on all of the beautiful units we toured. It feels like home already :)

  I had a great experience working with them. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home.
