  I absolutely love it here! The individuals in the leasing office are very kind, welcoming, & eager to support. I’m not from the area, but since I’ve moved here, I truly feel that I am in good hands. Maintenance issues are always addressed in a timely manner. Neighbors are nice, quiet, & respectful. The community is well kept. I wouldn’t have it any other way. I truly appreciate the team who keeps this place going. 🩷

  I moved in a month ago and it’s been nothing but great. The application process was smooth and easy and Alex the consultant has been great start to finish for all questions he always helps. The neighborhood is so quiet and the neighbors are super respectful of space and parking. the apartments are gorgeous and the neighborhood bridge and trail is so nice to walk when needing a quiet place. Really have no complaints. Put in a request late at night for maintenance and they completed it the next day. 10/10 so happy living here

  Only leaving 2 stars because the apartments are cute lol but my husband had applied to these apartments and for understanding reasons he was denied but we never received our $100 app fee back that said if we were denied it would be returned. just weird because we'd call every week asking to the point where they stopped answering our calls...

  I had an outstanding experience with Jeena P, the leasing agent at The Edison. From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. Moving can often be stressful, but Jeena made the entire leasing process smooth, transparent, and easy to understand. She took the time to answer every question patiently and ensured I felt confident with every step. What truly stood out was her dedication and positive attitude—she goes above and beyond to help residents and make them feel valued. Customer service like this is rare, and Jeena truly sets a high standard. If you’re considering moving to The Edison, I highly recommend working with her. She’s an absolute asset to the community.

  Quiero agradecer a todo el equipo de The Edison Sugarloaf, especialmente a Alex, quien me ha ayudado durante todo mi proceso de mudanza. Desde el primer momento me ha guiado con mucha paciencia y profesionalismo. Hasta ahora todo ha sido excelente, el apartamento es muy bonito y las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas. El personal siempre ha sido atento y amable. ¡Muy contenta con mi decisión!
