  I lived at The Edison Sugarloaf for several years and had a very positive experience. It is a great place to live, with a welcoming community, well-maintained amenities, and a convenient location. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Edison Sugarloaf to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home

  I have been here as a visitor, (my brother and SIL live here) and on multiple occasions the upstairs neighbors sound like they are going to fall through the roof!!! So loud!!!! To my understanding management has done nothing to resolve this matter! I can’t imagine what they feel like on an everyday basis, this community needs to do better!

  I absolutely love living at this apartment community! The staff is always so nice, friendly, and welcoming. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, it is resolved quickly and efficiently. The community events are also wonderful and provide a great opportunity for residents to connect and have fun. It’s clear that the staff truly cares about the residents and creating a positive living environment. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

  I've been out here 3 years and it seems to continue to dimensions in the care they provide to the property. Specifically speaking for the back of the complex. There is a huge issue with the cleaniness of the breezeways, parking, constant issues of dog poop directly in front of the entrance. Work orders being closed without being completed. Maintenance doing patch work and not fixing the root of the issue. Example, I placed a work order advising there was condensation coming from the vents. Maintenance came in and said it was normal and painted around the brown residue that was clearly displayed around the vent. Leaving paint of the floor and cabinets. That brown residue was not just around that vent but several others. Also placed a work order for the deteriorating whether stripe around my front door frame that was allowing the bugs from outside to come through. They came and placed a foam like strip around it which didn't last 5 days. I placed the order again and was advised they would be using the same thing if they came out. Per maintenance, they are unable to provide a more permanent solution because their complaining about budget. Hearing that really appeared to be a slap in the face as I watch them spend money to replace the furnishings around the pool and hosting community events, painting the exterior and interior of the building for some apartments that are barely 6 years old; but you won't properly fix the things in my apartment? Nonetheless, I was asked to write a review much earlier when the management changed and my gut told me to wait. Glad I did. This review is a much better depiction of the changes witness since the change in management.
