  To say living here is amazing, would be an understatement. The apartment itself is so spacious and perfect for our growing family 🐱🐶 The team here at The Crest has gone above and beyond to ensure that our stay here has been and will be the best! Heidi is always so responsive and willing to help when needed! Ashley was our leasing agent and from beginning to the end of the process, she kept us updated and at ease knowing everything was going to work out! I can’t say enough about the team but especially the maintenance crew. I have never had maintenance be so timely and efficient before! I never have to ask twice about needing help with something, or something to be fixed! All of this said, we plan to extend our lease another year! 👏🏼 Love Love LOVE it here!   I wanted to take a moment to recognize Gemma in the leasing office. She has been absolutely amazing every time I’ve interacted with her. She’s always kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, which makes such a difference. There was a moment recently where she went out of her way to make sure everything was handled smoothly, and her level of care really stood out to me. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents and their families, not just doing her job but going above and beyond. Every time I call or stop by, she’s easy to talk to and always willing to help. That kind of consistency and professionalism is rare, and I really appreciate it. She’s a big reason why this community feels so welcoming.

  Ashley and Heidy have been MORE than amazing in our moving process this past month. Ashley has kept my husband and I fully updated on everything, she’s answered any questions we have had and had the best attitude. You can tell she enjoys what she does. Even after move in, she has been amazing with the few things that we needed. Heidy, the manager, and Ashley went above and beyond to make sure we were able to secure our new home since our previous apartment complex was refusing to sign anything for us to give our rental history. This has been such an amazing place and it is so beautiful. The upkeep of this place is great and the apartments themselves are BEAUTIFUL and spacious. Highly recommend!!

  Gemma , Heidi, Marie, Ashley, and Sam are the most pleasant people to work with when it came to finding a place to live. each person new what they were doing and really help make this place feel like a community/home than just another apartment complex. apartment was clean when and ready when i moved in and the apartments are nice and spacious.

  I had a great experience working with Ashley at The Crest at Sugarloaf. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire leasing process. She took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood every step, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Ashley’s communication was excellent she stayed in touch, followed up when needed, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
