  Staff or maintenance will enter your home without reason or without your permission. I specifically put in my maintenance request to contact me to schedule a time to enter and that NO they do not have permission to enter. I did this because I have a minor daughter and they have already been in my home rummaging through my things before I got a camera. I spoke to the office about this issue and obviously nothing was done about it because the other day I get camera notifications that someone was in home while I was not there. I was not contacted and had no knowledge that they were working on my request. Luckily for everyone working there that my daughter was not home to see a random man coming into her space that she should feel comfortable in. This place clearly does not care about residents safety.

  I have been here since June and at first everything was great then I started noticing that the outside has spider webs everywhere then I have had an issue with the dishwasher that never got fixed but they marked it as complete. Now I woke up and a big water bug on my bed. Now I usually don't say anything but this is getting ridiculous.

  Just moved here and off to a terrible start. Main points I want to cover are the leasing agent Liz, the cleanliness, and pest. My car was wrongfully towed based off date (for context my car was registered but didn’t have the new sticker). I was given 6 days to resolve the issue and got towed after 2 days. When I approached Liz about the issue I was meant with a nasty attitude (possibly a racist but I don’t know her full character). At some point during the interaction she accused me of not being a resident here because clearly she couldn’t handle the issue. Dear Liz you work in a customer facing/service industry. You’re paid to give respectable service, not an attitude. If you didn’t want to deal with people you should have worked harder in life to be in another career, but instead you work here, for the people who reside here. Please check yourself. Secondly black mold in a new apartment is absolutely unacceptable and there are no excuses for this in the bathroom and this oven wasn’t even attempted to be cleaned out. Lastly, roaches and spiders everywhere, but I’d rather deal with the pest than the attitude of Liz. Angela helped me move here and she was very nice and honestly if I ran into her the day my car was towed, I probably don’t leave this review because she would have met me with compassion instead of nasty Liz, and kindness goes far in this world. I can live with the other problems but I’m not okay with someone speaking down to me, especially someone in Liz’s life position.

  “Living here has been a great experience. The apartments are comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. The management is always responsive, and the community feels safe and welcoming. The location is also excellent and close to everything. I definitely recommend this place to live.”💜
