  Nadine here , I recently tried to rent a 2bedroom 2bath with a balcony they had a move -in special and I had to move in by March 31st in order to get the special what I wasn’t told was I won’t be getting the the balcony because the apartment with the special didn’t come with a balcony that’s #1 I seen the reviews but a lot where over a year or two ago so I gave them the benefit of doubt that they would be under new management and the roach problem would have been taken care of well boy was I wrong as I’m looking at the alternative apartment the last door I looked in the roaches walked right out also in the furnace room there where holes all around the wall the apartments do not look like the photos at all the balcony looks old and outdated as well #2 I paid 75 for application fees and 150 I believe holding fee and of course without me even moving in they kept my money do yourself a favor look somewhere Elsa they move fast for a reason be careful and yes the place is STILL INFESTED WITH ROACHES

  I just moved out in February after close to 4 years. The last year and a half...I noticed a complete drop-off in quality of Sugarloaf Crossing. Comparing where I am now to their property, I now realize I was overpaying for an apartment with outdated appliances, bathroom fixtures, and very few if any ammenities. I went 2 years without ever receiving an ice maker replacement. They came to fix it and then the maintenance guy was told to hold off. I assumed they were replacing the fridge entirely?? Nothing. And on the subject of maintenance, the head maintenance guy that always showed up, he was an expert at temporary fixes at best. I requested a new key fob for the gate. I was told I would hear from them when they got more. I went the last 10 months without one. For the last month and a half there, I didn't need a key fob because the gate was always OPEN all of a sudden.They subject you to only using Spectrum for internet. TERRIBLE!! There were ALWAYS issues. Where I am now, the wifi hasn't failed once...Impeccable. It seemed like the new residents they were letting in down the stretch were suddenly very sketchy. The building across from me had an apartment or two that seemed to be housing men who looked like they were down on their luck or a part of some kind of group home. For what I was paying, I did not sign up for that. And then upon exit, I'm hit with a $534.45 bill for repairs. I'm am so glad to be gone. I would advise anyone looking for an apartment to thoroughly keep looking if Sugarloaf Crossing is the choice. There are way better choices. Every place I went in search of my new spot was significantly better.

  I love living here. I feel safe. I've been here for 5 years. I like the security, everything is clean, and the maintenance is excellent, as is the service at the leasing office.
